GBShop elsewhere -I placed an order on January 4 I placed an order on January 4. Money was taken right away. I emailed on January 12 for a follow up. Never received an update or tracking number. Response January 13-:I would like to inform you that your ordered product is confirmed and will be shipped by today or max by Monday. After this experience, I will return to my original supply store!

GBPriority Mail not honored I requested and paid for Priority Mail Express 1-Day on Thursday, 8 June. Even after waiting 24-48 hours for processing, the product should have been received no later than 13 June (given the weekend). However, I did not receive my product until 14 June. I requested a reimbursement for the difference in shipping cost since I did not receive the order according to the 1-day privilege. After several emails, I was told on 13 June that the issue was being raised to management for the partial refund. I have not heard anything since that time.

GBConstantly lists items as in stock when they clearly don't have them... Extremely frustrating that they list items in stock when they clearly don't have them. It took over a month for me to receive an order that I placed and I had to keep chasing them down for order updates. They kept telling me that the order would ship out on a certain date and those dates came and went several times. Will look for a different site to order hair items from in the future.

GBI was expecting to wait a long time… I was expecting to wait a long time but it wasn't I got everything I ordered and was surprised they actually had mayde hair because no other store on line had it and at a very good price one beauty will now be my go to weave place I was very satisfied. Also they made me feel welcomed and appreciated with a email I spend a lot of money online for hair but never felt welcome for my business. Thanks keep up the good work I will be ordering again and again.
