GBGreat product but lots of plastic waste They says it's bespoke and hand mixed but feels this is just marketing when it's probably there's about 20 options.lots of waste plastic packaging that easy recyclable, even the cardboard box has shiny finish which means likelly rejected to be recycled as it's not labelled recycable

GBDisappointed To be fair, I was really happy with the trial product they sent to me and was happy to sign up for future deliveries. But..... They've taken payment but so far no dye. The website tells me my order has been in production since the beginning of January, but still nothing. I've emailed customer services three times with no reply. It's a shame! I was impressed with the colour I received from the trial pack but now I've cancelled any recurring payments.

GBThey will not allow your to cancel… They will not allow your to cancel . I have cancelled twice and they keep charging me extortionate prices for badly made hair colour. They don’t have a working phone number and no one responds to emails or messages. The positive reviews here are written by paid marketing resources since the language seems unlike a real customer, the same review is promoting the companies other products. I’m going to contact my credit card company to chargeback. This is a fraud and they aught to be fined. I will also be writing to the trading standards.

GBSo natural looking. I cant understand some of the complaints as i use this often and its absolutely fantastic and looks so natural. Its important you match the colour you want and send a photo so a good match is done. Make sure you get the right colour and how much grey you want covered and how much grey you have.

GBAbsolute con artists Absolute con artists! Says that it’s £8…no notification that you are in a contract subscription and then all of a sudden they are taking £26 for one pack without authorisation. I am doing a cc chargeback to get my money back….avoid this company!
