GBDon't trust this company Don't trust this company, I was not aware about subscription. When I received my 2nd package (1st was trial pack), I contacted the company tell them I don't want product. Company told me to return the box in same condition using Return to sender Royal mail which I did. They never replied to my email and refused to give refund as well

GBColorists that take the time to get it right. I’ve been using Colorsmith now since August of 2020 and I can say hand’s down this is the best color system I’ve ever used. GBI don't trust this company. I don't trust this company. 'Turn off' your account is a very dodgy sounding phrase. A website designed to make anything involving your money difficult to change should always be avoided. I have hopefully closed it today but i am going to contact PayPal to prevent them taking any money. If they can offer you the over packaged product for only £8 why does the price go up to £24!!! "promises the earth and delivers nothing" typical Amercian advertising from an American owned company.

GBAbsolute con artists Absolute con artists! Says that it’s £8…no notification that you are in a contract subscription and then all of a sudden they are taking £26 for one pack without authorisation. I am doing a cc chargeback to get my money back….avoid this company!

GBPusher or specilidt beard dye colorSmith The result is what matters... Terrible. I specifically told my "colorist" hard to cover with red highlights. "ash may be best," cs responded. I will not give them a second chance. Prior I used Simpler but it faded on here quick.
