GBFrom Salons to a better result with DIY Colorsmith I used to get my hair coloured in a salon. My Uncles all went grey in their early 30s. The salon experience was nice but costly and they often coloured my hair way too dark. So it looked coloured which defeats the purpose. Then I found Colorsmith. And I'm glad I did. Not only is it a more cost-effective option, the colour is great. I've had two to three different colour formulations, to get the blend just right. And now, I'm over the moon and am looking younger, which is sadly quite important in the ageist world we live in. I also get Colorsmith's shampoo and conditioner. I used Head and Shoulders for over a decade as I had a dandruff problem. But I've had no dandruff since using Colorsmith's hair care products. Needless to say, I'm a very happy convert. I'm also surprised at the low average rating here. It feels like people need to take personal responsibility for A) the colour mix they choose and B) how they apply it. Give your colourist really helpful info and photos and follow the instructions. It couldn't be easier. Oh and the customer service is excellent.

GBDisappointed To be fair, I was really happy with the trial product they sent to me and was happy to sign up for future deliveries. But..... They've taken payment but so far no dye. The website tells me my order has been in production since the beginning of January, but still nothing. I've emailed customer services three times with no reply. It's a shame! I was impressed with the colour I received from the trial pack but now I've cancelled any recurring payments.

GBDon't trust this company Don't trust this company, I was not aware about subscription. When I received my 2nd package (1st was trial pack), I contacted the company tell them I don't want product. Company told me to return the box in same condition using Return to sender Royal mail which I did. They never replied to my email and refused to give refund as well

GBI don't trust this company. I don't trust this company. 'Turn off' your account is a very dodgy sounding phrase. A website designed to make anything involving your money difficult to change should always be avoided. I have hopefully closed it today but i am going to contact PayPal to prevent them taking any money. If they can offer you the over packaged product for only £8 why does the price go up to £24!!! "promises the earth and delivers nothing" typical Amercian advertising from an American owned company.
