While their product does indeed exist and gets shipped, they will - without telling you - enrolling you in a subscription that you cannot cancel. There simply is not way of cancelling it through their website and they do not respond to e-mails on this issue, nor can they be contacted by telephone.

GBColorists that take the time to get it right. I’ve been using Colorsmith now since August of 2020 and I can say hand’s down this is the best color system I’ve ever used. It’s much more natural than salon results and the team works with you to get it right until your 100% satisfied. Not to mention I’ve saved hundreds of dollars avoiding frustrating salon experiences. Colorsmith is the best if you want a natural customized color that fits your specific needs!

GBDisappointed To be fair, I was really happy with the trial product they sent to me and was happy to sign up for future deliveries. But..... They've taken payment but so far no dye. The website tells me my order has been in production since the beginning of January, but still nothing. I've emailed customer services three times with no reply. It's a shame! I was impressed with the colour I received from the trial pack but now I've cancelled any recurring payments.

GBThey will not allow your to cancel… They will not allow your to cancel . I have cancelled twice and they keep charging me extortionate prices for badly made hair colour. They don’t have a working phone number and no one responds to emails or messages. The positive reviews here are written by paid marketing resources since the language seems unlike a real customer, the same review is promoting the companies other products. I’m going to contact my credit card company to chargeback. This is a fraud and they aught to be fined. I will also be writing to the trading standards.

GBDon't trust this company Don't trust this company, I was not aware about subscription. When I received my 2nd package (1st was trial pack), I contacted the company tell them I don't want product. Company told me to return the box in same condition using Return to sender Royal mail which I did. They never replied to my email and refused to give refund as well
