Can’t change account settings The product and service is very good. However, I tried several times to change things on the account and the site would not let me. Other than that the kit comes with everything needed.

Great product but lots of plastic waste They says it's bespoke and hand mixed but feels this is just marketing when it's probably there's about 20 options.lots of waste plastic packaging that easy recyclable, even the cardboard box has shiny finish which means likelly rejected to be recycled as it's not labelled recycable

I don't trust this company. I don't trust this company. 'Turn off' your account is a very dodgy sounding phrase. A website designed to make anything involving your money difficult to change should always be avoided. I have hopefully closed it today but i am going to contact PayPal to prevent them taking any money. If they can offer you the over packaged product for only £8 why does the price go up to £24!!! "promises the earth and delivers nothing" typical Amercian advertising from an American owned company.

This business is fraudulent This business is fraudulent. While their product does indeed exist and gets shipped, they will - without telling you - enrolling you in a subscription that you cannot cancel. There simply is not way of cancelling it through their website and they do not respond to e-mails on this issue, nor can they be contacted by telephone.
