GBA very solid alternative to Manychat A very solid alternative to Manychat, with more features like e-commerce stores at an affordable price. Great customer support, a rich knowledge base with video tutorials and frequent updates. i can't recommend it enough.

PHIf you don't care about UX/UI, I recommend this tool. The chatbot and store feature in MMIO is excellent, but I'm not a fan of its current user interface/usability. Every time I use it, I feel discouraged because I don't feel good about the user experience. So I stopped using it; I'll wait until they redesign their interface before using it again. Overall, the tool is good, the founder is committed to improving the product. If you don't care about UX/UI, I recommend this tool.

PHVery helpful and effective! 5 stars! MMIO is very helpful, effective, and practical. There are more features that I need to explore which I believe will be beneficial who is into e-commerce and online selling :)

PHPoor costumer service Poor costumer service. Not prompt to complaints. Many errors on website. Not satisfied.
