Very Good Job MMIO Team! I'm a long time user of this app. I've been subscribed even before the beta phase more than 2 years ago. I have tried other apps but the MMIO is the one that I love the most because they have given me all that I need for my online store to run smoothly and reduce some of my repetitive task of responding to customers. The auto-responses also made my store looks more legit and made me able to provide most information to my customers even without me checking the messages. The bot auto-responses is very easy to construct and very user friendly. I'm able to auto-respond the customers messages from Facebook post and in the messenger as well at same time which is very good. Moreover, this app offers so much more and everything you need to succeed in eCommerce business. I will surely choose this app again in the future when I return to eCommerce business. Promising all-in-one tool but no support... Very promising and exciting tool curated with built in N8N, Chatbot builder, Botsheets and potentially many other great open source tools down the road Really a promising all-in-one tool that reaches the realms of marketing/web automation, website building, no/low-code app building (current only specializes in chatBot) and so much more However, the support is essentially non-existent, basically no response whatsoever....

User friendly This platform is very friendly to a newbie and a non-techy person like me. I have tried other platforms but this one fits my level as a beginner. Admin support is active and replies immediately. as a newbie, I appreciate this much. I love the digested tutorials which make it easier to review specific features that this platform offers. Another thing that i love about MMIO is the improvement and development of new features, kudos to mmio team

If you don't care about UX/UI, I recommend this tool. The chatbot and store feature in MMIO is excellent, but I'm not a fan of its current user interface/usability. Every time I use it, I feel discouraged because I don't feel good about the user experience. So I stopped using it; I'll wait until they redesign their interface before using it again. Overall, the tool is good, the founder is committed to improving the product. If you don't care about UX/UI, I recommend this tool.
