I'm happy with Expandi Actually, I'm using Expandi for more than 1 year, and honestly, I'm planning to proceed with my journey with Expandi in the nearest future. For me everything is clear and my automation via Linkedin outreach increased a lot compared to the manual approach. There is only one thing that I used to it, it's a new beta version. It took some time for me to get used to the new interface and functionalities. As of now, everything is ok and I'm really to happy be among Expandi's clients.

The best support system! My campaign on Expandi is complicated. We've been working manually for years, and now we're streamlining. My questions go above and beyond the support guides given. I have been messaging constantly with Patricija all week. She has been endlessly patient! She is never dismissive or trying to shut down the chat. She's always thinking creatively and seeking to understand exactly what I'm looking to achieve. It has given me so much confidence using the platform and finding workarounds for my needs. Highly, highly recommend Expandi and their support team - Patricija in particular!

Great tool that saves my time I use this tool to improve my Linkedin account and find partners. The connector campaign is very helpful as I can search for people I may know to connect with them, and the automation helps me to achieve this goal with minimal effort, this is very important. The platform has templates, and I like that it's much easier to create messages and campaigns that work for me.

This company product never worked… This company product never worked during the trial and then continued to charge me after despite canceling. Had to block them from my Credit Card because they wouldn’t refund my money as asked. Don’t use this company and especially don’t give them your CC info!!!!

Tried a second trial period but still… Tried a second trial period but still had issues connecting my linkedin account, which was an internal error. It suddenly started working after my trial was finished, which I thought would be extended cause it didn't work properly. I contacted support but they said they couldn't help me cause my trial was already over. Very bad experience paid 100 euros and realized it doesn't meet expectations. No service at all.
