Service doesnt work and customer support blames consumer and LinkedIn I have tried expandi for 2 months. Its not the cheapest so you expect the product to work. It misses messages, and stops connecting with people for over a week on multiple accounts, I try contacting customer support on the day it starts happening and they blame the campaign type and LinkedIn. They don't take responsibility and say they don't do refunds for a service that doesn't work. Just a quick edit to say they did refund after 5 hours of messaging.

Awesome tool with great team behind! I use Expandi for almost 2 years for now, and I love it with all my heart:) Superfriendly interface, supersafe Li outreach, superfast and responsoble support team. Seriously, it costs every cent charged. Expandi did not let me down even once, while 3 accounts used in another tool were banned by Linkedin for obvious reason. During the free trial, we realized that the tool is not suitable to generate leads on autopilot but needs more efforts than expected. Its additional functions were underperforming. Our C-suite decided to go with another tool and did not used the Expandi tool after free trial. However, Expandi charged monthly fees for months and got blind to our demands for refund.
