The best support system! My campaign on Expandi is complicated. We've been working manually for years, and now we're streamlining. My questions go above and beyond the support guides given. I have been messaging constantly with Patricija all week. She has been endlessly patient! She is never dismissive or trying to shut down the chat. Service doesnt work and customer support blames consumer and LinkedIn I have tried expandi for 2 months. Its not the cheapest so you expect the product to work. It misses messages, and stops connecting with people for over a week on multiple accounts, I try contacting customer support on the day it starts happening and they blame the campaign type and LinkedIn. They don't take responsibility and say they don't do refunds for a service that doesn't work. Just a quick edit to say they did refund after 5 hours of messaging.
