During the free trial, we realized that the tool is not suitable to generate leads on autopilot but needs more efforts than expected. Its additional functions were underperforming. Our C-suite decided to go with another tool and did not used the Expandi tool after free trial. However, Expandi charged monthly fees for months and got blind to our demands for refund.

All parts of my customer journey was served on a high level. There were my questions, payment issues, technical consultations, a lot of things but all of them were managed pretty well. As for a product I would say that Expandi delivers all that they promise and nothing less or more. If you do understand how outreach works - you will enjoy it. Seriously, it costs every cent charged. Expandi did not let me down even once, while 3 accounts used in another tool were banned by Linkedin for obvious reason.
