NOWe've been a customer for 5+ years We've been a customer for 5+ years. They have a super unfair revenue model where they get paid based on your traffic and not whether their service adds any value. We got hurt by bots that drove our traffic through the roof and thus our Leaddyno bill, where we ended up paying massive overcharges. We kindly asked for credits equivalent to the overcharges and they refused. We'll be looking for a new provider that actually treat their customers well.

GBWe use LeadDyno to assign Affiliate codes and… We use LeadDyno to assign codes and payout Affiliates for our eCommerce. It's been a great experience thus far, and I cannot foresee ourselves switching over to a different platform. When our team reaches out to LeadDyno regarding a technical issue, a response is typically seen the following business day. They also aren't pushy in their explanation and quite empathetic. I have very little to no complaints. The only feedback I would have is to increase visual content in the self-help guides (perhaps a video or gif files?).

GBIt's really easy to set up and get … It's really easy to set up and get started. I've used self-hosted affiliate systems, and this is way way easier to implement. The dashboard for the affiliates is nice, too, and it shows the right data that they want to see without giving a bunch of extra fluff.

GBThis has to be the Greatest Support… This has to be the Greatest Support on the Planet. I have asked them to change up my accounts so many times they must think something is wrong with me. They always seem to have a great attitude in serving me and always went above and beyond anything I asked. There is no other platform I would rather use other than LeadDyno because SUPPORT is KING. There Platform kicks BUTT Too. Thanks.

GBPaying for software that doesn't work Customer service is crap. I've been dealing with the same issue for months and that issue is, their software isn't working. I've showed them evidence of it not tracking correctly, yet they don't really seem to care. Update: After two months of nagging and being a real pain in the a$$ for them, I finally get them to realize that their software doesn't work for my website...... Response to LeadDyno response: They only figured this out when I literally became a pain in the a$$. For the first two months, I was being extremely patient, even when they told me they 'solved' the problem, I knew they hadn't, I just didn't know what the issue was. If your software is not compatible with my website, tell me before I waste countless hours of my time and your team's time.
