The live chat was in a hurry to end the conversation and pass me off to an uninformative FAQ page, then passed me off to a rep for a phone call that I had to schedule. Once I got on the phone and reexplained my question that rep couldn't help me and passed me off to a 3rd person. I was literally asking a question about how their platform works. In the last 30 days, we're paying for the highest traffic package. If their treating their biggest customers like this, I wonder how they're treating the little guys?

The customer service team is A+ LeadDyno has been an extremely helpful platform to help us get our affiliate program off the ground. The customer service team is prompt and thorough with replies and have walked us through many steps in which we needed guidance. We recommend LeadDyno to anyone who asks about affiliate programs, because they are definitely top of the line. Their platform is also very user friendly, which we appreciate.

This company is a joke This company is a joke. My account is inactive for over a week now because they have an issue with their payment system and their support is literally inexistant. They promised to fix the issue few days ago and my account is still inactive, my affiliates cannot run marketing campaigns basically. I thought it's just me that have issue with the company, but it looks like a lot of people are unhappy with this . Will move from them ASAP.

Avoid Don't even bother with LD. Their product is difficult to implement, documentation is lacking, and support is even worse. I spent over a week trying to get setup. Support is via email only and takes over a day to get a reply. Rediculous. Integration should take a couple hours max.

Easy to pay affiliates with one click through paypal. More affordable than some other options on Shopify. Wish there was a better management of photos in the back-end of dashboard. (Categories, ability to delete and resize photos, etc).
