GBCustomer service is a joke Customer service is a joke. The live chat was in a hurry to end the conversation and pass me off to an uninformative FAQ page, then passed me off to a rep for a phone call that I had to schedule. Once I got on the phone and reexplained my question that rep couldn't help me and passed me off to a 3rd person. I was literally asking a question about how their platform works. In the last 30 days, we're paying for the highest traffic package. If their treating their biggest customers like this, I wonder how they're treating the little guys?

GBAmazing service I've been using this for two months so far for a bew start to and the support has been amazing! Really simple interface that anyone can use. Amazing tools such and affiliate emails and content management with lots of recommendations to help you achieve the best results. We weren't able to set up a variable commission plan ourselves but the support team is kindly doing this all for us. The newsletters look amazing on all devices but laptops where it doesn't seem to be reactive as the image size was out. But again we've got one of their technicians correctly this for us. A few little bugs but otherwise a great service and at a great price!

The customer service team is prompt and thorough with replies and have walked us through many steps in which we needed guidance. We recommend LeadDyno to anyone who asks about affiliate programs, because they are definitely top of the line. Their platform is also very user friendly, which we appreciate.

GBThis company is a joke This company is a joke. My account is inactive for over a week now because they have an issue with their payment system and their support is literally inexistant. They promised to fix the issue few days ago and my account is still inactive, my affiliates cannot run marketing campaigns basically. I thought it's just me that have issue with the company, but it looks like a lot of people are unhappy with this . Will move from them ASAP.

GBLots of great sites/brands to work with here Lots of great sites to work with here. Somewhat easy to naviagate. They have a great paying referral program for sending over other affiliates as well! The only con is that logging in can be a headache sometimes and the "mail password" function doesn't always seem to work properly
