GBWe use LeadDyno to assign Affiliate codes and… We use LeadDyno to assign codes and payout Affiliates for our eCommerce. It's been a great experience thus far, and I cannot foresee ourselves switching over to a different platform. When our team reaches out to LeadDyno regarding a technical issue, a response is typically seen the following business day. They also aren't pushy in their explanation and quite empathetic. I have very little to no complaints. The only feedback I would have is to increase visual content in the self-help guides (perhaps a video or gif files?).

GBAvoid Don't even bother with LD. Their product is difficult to implement, documentation is lacking, and support is even worse. I spent over a week trying to get setup. Support is via email only and takes over a day to get a reply. Rediculous. Integration should take a couple hours max.

GBThey do not offer an unlimited website… They do not offer an unlimited website visitor package. So they wanted to charge me $1050 per month for two affiliate links that brought in 0.001% of our traffic. Makes no sense whatsoever. I am looking for alternatives now.

GBPaying for software that doesn't work Customer service is crap. I've been dealing with the same issue for months and that issue is, their software isn't working. I've showed them evidence of it not tracking correctly, yet they don't really seem to care. Update: After two months of nagging and being a real pain in the a$$ for them, I finally get them to realize that their software doesn't work for my website...... Response to LeadDyno response: They only figured this out when I literally became a pain in the a$$. For the first two months, I was being extremely patient, even when they told me they 'solved' the problem, I knew they hadn't, I just didn't know what the issue was. If your software is not compatible with my website, tell me before I waste countless hours of my time and your team's time.

GBCustomer service is a joke Customer service is a joke. The live chat was in a hurry to end the conversation and pass me off to an uninformative FAQ page, then passed me off to a rep for a phone call that I had to schedule. Once I got on the phone and reexplained my question that rep couldn't help me and passed me off to a 3rd person. I was literally asking a question about how their platform works. In the last 30 days, we're paying for the highest traffic package. If their treating their biggest customers like this, I wonder how they're treating the little guys?
