USCustomer service is a joke Customer service is a joke. The live chat was in a hurry to end the conversation and pass me off to an uninformative FAQ page, then passed me off to a rep for a phone call that I had to schedule. Once I got on the phone and reexplained my question that rep couldn't help me and passed me off to a 3rd person. I was literally asking a question about how their platform works. In the last 30 days, we're paying for the highest traffic package. If their treating their biggest customers like this, I wonder how they're treating the little guys?

USThis company is a joke This company is a joke. My account is inactive for over a week now because they have an issue with their payment system and their support is literally inexistant. They promised to fix the issue few days ago and my account is still inactive, my affiliates cannot run marketing campaigns basically. I thought it's just me that have issue with the company, but it looks like a lot of people are unhappy with this . Will move from them ASAP.

ROI like it a lot I like the simple design. It is easy to sign up and free. I also enjoy discovering new shops and it is a great resource to be found too by them for collaborations. Most have high affiliate commissions so it is a win-win situation. Overall, the dashboard is intuitive. causing no confusions in its usage.

USGrowing our business We've been using Leaddyno for our affiliate program for about 4 months now. We definitely love all the features, and we love how it tracks visitors and where they came from. I love this app it's definitely been helping us to grow our business and also get other people paid!

USPaying for software that doesn't work Customer service is crap. I've been dealing with the same issue for months and that issue is, their software isn't working. I've showed them evidence of it not tracking correctly, yet they don't really seem to care. Update: After two months of nagging and being a real pain in the a$$ for them, I finally get them to realize that their software doesn't work for my website...... Response to LeadDyno response: They only figured this out when I literally became a pain in the a$$. For the first two months, I was being extremely patient, even when they told me they 'solved' the problem, I knew they hadn't, I just didn't know what the issue was. If your software is not compatible with my website, tell me before I waste countless hours of my time and your team's time.
