Valuable, Reliable Leaddyno has provided reliable service for our business for years now. Everything just simply works as it is intended to. Support always replies within the given time frame and continually does all they can to help. Our company has seen success based on our affiliates and Leaddyno is a part of that success.

This has to be the Greatest Support… This has to be the Greatest Support on the Planet. I have asked them to change up my accounts so many times they must think something is wrong with me. They always seem to have a great attitude in serving me and always went above and beyond anything I asked. There is no other platform I would rather use other than LeadDyno because SUPPORT is KING. There Platform kicks BUTT Too. Thanks.

Prompt email service with prompt… Prompt email service with prompt solutions. I was impressed how fast my request was resolved. I will be honest in the beginning I was struggling with set ups as I got used to "call someone and ask" and here I had to figure out how everything works. When I discovered and email support I changed my opinion on LeadDyno :)))

Avoid Don't even bother with LD. Their product is difficult to implement, documentation is lacking, and support is even worse. I spent over a week trying to get setup. Support is via email only and takes over a day to get a reply. Rediculous. Integration should take a couple hours max.

Customer service is a joke Customer service is a joke. The live chat was in a hurry to end the conversation and pass me off to an uninformative FAQ page, then passed me off to a rep for a phone call that I had to schedule. Once I got on the phone and reexplained my question that rep couldn't help me and passed me off to a 3rd person. I was literally asking a question about how their platform works. In the last 30 days, we're paying for the highest traffic package. If their treating their biggest customers like this, I wonder how they're treating the little guys?
