We've been a customer for 5+ years We've been a customer for 5+ years. They have a super unfair revenue model where they get paid based on your traffic and not whether their service adds any value. We got hurt by bots that drove our traffic through the roof and thus our Leaddyno bill, where we ended up paying massive overcharges. We kindly asked for credits equivalent to the overcharges and they refused. We'll be looking for a new provider that actually treat their customers well.

I will be honest in the beginning I was struggling with set ups as I got used to "call someone and ask" and here I had to figure out how everything works.
