SCAM!! SCAM!!! Our team was scammed by that agency. We haven't any refunds and new accs for 2 weeks.

At this Moment not a good experience Please note: I made the payment with this company 5 days ago and if my experience changes I will definitely change the review, for now I will just describe what I am facing. I made the payment for the "set up fee" of $497 with specific agreements to apply a 1.5% top up fee. How it works in this sector I thought the purchased account would be attached to my bm. This wasn't the case, I was sent the link to another agency company telling me to register. (I specify that the company in the link is an external company at start high). Now the agent I spoke to has no longer responded to my messages since Monday (now Is Friday night), and there are not other phone numbers or email (hence my fear of scam). I hope I'm wrong, I have had references from old clients who however had their last relationships months ago. Among other things, the same person told me that he finds these processes very strange, he said that he collaborated with them in a completely different way. So there are 2 doubts: - Being an external company, how do they know that we have made arrangements for the 1.5% fee? - the account has not yet been delivered to me even though I had followed all the instructions. Will It be delivered with the specification of the chat conversations with the agent? Obviously I can demonstrate the payment and the conversations, so I will include what is necessary in the review if Start High will deny having me among their clients. The only thing that interests me, however, is that the account is delivered to me and that it is delivered with the same agreements made in the chat on WhatsApp and therefore the fee is very simply 1.5%. I hope that following this review the problem will be clarified and resolved, obviously I will immediately change my review.

SCAM SCAM, I spent a month using it when I went up the budgets, they disappeared and took my money!!

I Thought it could be a scam… Fairly new company which got me to investigate it before doing business, the fact that they opened recently got me afraid that it could be a scam but after talking to other costumers I gave them a shoot. everything is great so far, and John always replies fast and is really kind, Start High also has a good support and is ready to answer even after Facebook working hours, they are online almost every hour of the day. Give them a chance as well, if you are looking for a friendly and professional agency this is a good option.

Not only the support service they offer but the performance of the ad accounts is terrific. By now I have recommended it and am having my friends and colleagues use it too!!! Super recommended.
