Scam - STAY AWAY FROM LUCK & CO There should be an option for ZERO STARS. Luck & Co was presented as an vendor during a Joy Organics webinar a few years ago. I paid $750 for them to work on cart funnels and while the business was still getting up and running, we had to pause. We never heard back from them. It's been a few years of trying to get in touch with her to no avail. The business is finished, but still tried to get in touch for them to make good on what was paid to them with our other business even. NO RESPONSE. That's stealing from a small business with absolutely no regard for delivering the product. STAY AWAY FROM LUCK & CO.

I will recommend any D2C brand … I will recommend any D2C brand to start working with L&C. Kasey and the team act as true partners, supporting our business growth. At first, we had no email activity, so we had doubts about if the email revenue is going to be big enough to justify the agency activity. After the first 2 months, we already saw great results. We were only sending promotions to all our database without any segmentations or strategy, which was hurting the deliverability of our emails, causing the revenue coming from emails to be declining every month. We had worked with Klaviyo for years and thought we had a pretty firm basis, but wanted to see if we were missing any opportunities. Boy, were we surprised. Luck & Co showed us very quickly there is a right way to set up segments and flows and a wrong way to do it. Even very seemingly minor filters in the wrong place made a huge difference. They are super quick, very open and honest and very professional. Nice and very pleasant to work with as well.
