GBGreat Experience! We’re an international brand selling men's haircare care products, with a growing e-commerce presence. After the first month of working with the Luck & Co team, our revenue from Klaviyo completely skyrocketed. It went from about 2-3% of our monthly revenue to then 33% of our revenue once Luck & Co. took over. Our Shopify revenue grew 32% that month as well and I can safely say that was all due to the Luck & Co team. I know that we did not run any sort of additional ad campaigns or promotions that would drive anything to our website. Now, after about 4 months of working together, 50% of our revenue comes from email, and all work is completely done by the Luck & Co team - we just review the calendar and emails (which most of the time is as easy as responding to an email with “yes, go ahead!”) Knowing that our emails are being taken care of was such a huge responsibility taken off of our marketing team’s plate. I know we felt so much better knowing that the emails were being sent to the appropriate portion of our list and that every email had our brand’s authentic voice and point of view. We know that our company has found the right fit when it comes to their team and we love seeing previews and ideas for more email campaigns. We’re planning on investing the extra money that we have been making from the emails back into our business. Kasey and her team were very patient and willing to explain what they were doing and the reasoning behind it and they really taught us the whole way. They send preview emails where they can tweak and change anything that you need and they are very receptive to changes and feedback. They respond to emails very quickly and they always schedule additional calls and meetings when needed. Another aspect that I found very helpful was that they worked with our other 3rd party team, Wishpond, and helped us streamline those ads and landing pages to make sure that messaging was consistent across the board. They also gave a lot of their own ideas for campaigns or things that we could create on the website that would help drive sales or increase our customer list. Overall, we have had a really amazing experience and I think it is one of the best investments we have made into the e-commerce portion of our business.
