Their customer service is awesome they get back to you right away with sufficient answer to whatever your question would be. It was my first time and I have ordered three wigs from Hurela and they never disappoint me.

I love the hair I love the hair! The installation was easy especially for a beginner. The band is probably my favourite only negative is the shedding. Besides that I’ve gotten a lot of compliments and probably will be buying from here again seeing that the delivery was also pretty quick. Great job overall

Very disappointed Very disappointed with order m600056012, going back and forth with customer service about shipping issues. Finally received 1 of 2 wigs, 18 Ombre headband wig 18 inch looks more like 16in, the hair was soft but very thin. 2nd issue I never received any messages that my 2nd wig was delayed due to custom color, but now I have a feeling once I get it, the quality will be the same as the other one. I wish I could get my money back
