Don’t let the negativity distract you I have been shopping with Hurela for about two years now I love the hair I love the quality I’ve read through a few of the other comments and I have to disagree with them. Every time I order they do what’s needed. I am currently waiting on a 2nd wig I purchased and the quality is so good I am impatient to see it and add it to my collection!

24 Inc Highlight bodywave Great great hair! I bought the body wave highlights weave 24 inch. I’ve had the hair for a month now. I have washed it twice already and it is absolutely amazing. Little to no shedding. It does not tangle. Love love it. Seller also communicates really well throughout. Only let down was the couriering company that they use. They have very poor communication and my package arrived two weeks later after it had arrived in my country (South Africa). They (the courier company) were not updating tracking regularly but thank you to the seller for assisting me eventually get the package.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I am not sure why I have to contact you guys several times including calls,emails, texts etc. and I still HAVE NOT got an answer . I ordered a wig yesterday and it says that it has been ordered but the money wasn’t taken out and I just want some clarification that’s it!!!! This is very unprofessional and you guys need to do better. Veryyyy upset and unsatisfied I’m just going to cancel my order all together!!!!! NEVER AGAINNNNN

Well I must say I was slightly reluctant in purchasing Hurela’s units but let me tell you I have no regrets‼️ I absolutely love my unit❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️and will continue to purchase from them in the near future. I was a bit skeptical about buying hair… I was a bit skeptical about buying hair from this website as it was my first time but I gave it a try and do not regret it , the hair came fast , neat , true to length and the best part … very affordable honestly !!! But the only thing is , I would’ve loved the lace to be a little bit more “natural looking ” . But other than that , everything else is perfect
