They have some really nice items that seemed almst good, but I wasn't sure iif it was wort the price for what I was getting. I had a few queries that I wanted answered, but I found it difficult to get in contact with anyone from the company. Other than that, it was ok.

EVERYONE SHOP ELSEWHERE Been chasing a return fee refund from them for over a month now. The reviews on their website are fake. The hair quality was so bad and rubbish. When I tried to return they offered I keep the hair and they refund $30! I no longer wanted the terrible hair because I nearly paid 200 for it in the first place. Their website policy states that if it is a sellers issue they would cover shipping cost. They offered to refund me $10 for shipping but I paid $40 and they keep offering me different prices to negotiate. Clearly this company is FRAUDULENT . Stay away from this company. shop elsewhere, worse customer experience I have received.

Well I must say I was slightly reluctant in purchasing Hurela’s units but let me tell you I have no regrets‼️ I absolutely love my unit❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️and will continue to purchase from them in the near future. 24 Inc Highlight bodywave Great great hair! I bought the body wave highlights weave 24 inch. I’ve had the hair for a month now. I have washed it twice already and it is absolutely amazing. Little to no shedding. It does not tangle. Love love it. Seller also communicates really well throughout. Only let down was the couriering company that they use. They have very poor communication and my package arrived two weeks later after it had arrived in my country (South Africa). They (the courier company) were not updating tracking regularly but thank you to the seller for assisting me eventually get the package.

Very disappointed Very disappointed with order m600056012, going back and forth with customer service about shipping issues. Finally received 1 of 2 wigs, 18 Ombre headband wig 18 inch looks more like 16in, the hair was soft but very thin. 2nd issue I never received any messages that my 2nd wig was delayed due to custom color, but now I have a feeling once I get it, the quality will be the same as the other one. I wish I could get my money back
