NOW I ONLY GAVE THEM A 4 STAR, BECAUSE THE WIG I ORDERED WASN'T IN STOCK... AND I HAD MY HEART SET ON THAT ONE. BUT THE REPLACEMENT WIG ( 22' JERRY CURL)IS REALLY PRETTY AND SOFT ( I HAVEN'T STYLED IT YET TBH) BUT IT WAS PACKAGED WELL AND HAS NO SMELL... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME COMMUNICATING VERY WELL

Don’t let the negativity distract you I have been shopping with Hurela for about two years now I love the hair I love the quality I’ve read through a few of the other comments and I have to disagree with them. Every time I order they do what’s needed. I am currently waiting on a 2nd wig I purchased and the quality is so good I am impatient to see it and add it to my collection!

I love the hair I love the hair ! The estimated delivery date was 2 weeks and I kid you not I got my hair after 3 business days. I stay in Canada Alberta and shipping was really fast. The quality of the hair was amazing too. I’ll definitely be repurchasing. Definitely not a catfish.

I had an ordinarie experience withh… I had an ordinarie experience withh Hurela. I viewed their product thoghts, but didn't end up buying anithing. They have some really nice items that seemed almst good, but I wasn't sure iif it was wort the price for what I was getting. I had a few queries that I wanted answered, but I found it difficult to get in contact with anyone from the company. Other than that, it was ok.
