GBTHIS IS MY SECOND TIME ORDERING.. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME ORDERING... MY FIRST WIG WAS A BLONDE WIG, I COLORED IT AND IT TOOK THE COLOR VERY WELL( GOT SO MANY COMPLIMENTS).... NOW I ONLY GAVE THEM A 4 STAR, BECAUSE THE WIG I ORDERED WASN'T IN STOCK... AND I HAD MY HEART SET ON THAT ONE. BUT THE REPLACEMENT WIG ( 22' JERRY CURL)IS REALLY PRETTY AND SOFT ( I HAVEN'T STYLED IT YET TBH) BUT IT WAS PACKAGED WELL AND HAS NO SMELL... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME COMMUNICATING VERY WELL

CAI am so satisfied with the hair quality… I am so satisfied with the hair quality and the customer service. The hair is true to length and really soft and tangle free and no bad smell at all. Their customer service is awesome they get back to you right away with sufficient answer to whatever your question would be. It was my first time and I have ordered three wigs from Hurela and they never disappoint me.

GBVery disappointed Very disappointed with order m600056012, going back and forth with customer service about shipping issues. Finally received 1 of 2 wigs, 18 Ombre headband wig 18 inch looks more like 16in, the hair was soft but very thin. 2nd issue I never received any messages that my 2nd wig was delayed due to custom color, but now I have a feeling once I get it, the quality will be the same as the other one. I wish I could get my money back

Well I must say I was slightly reluctant in purchasing Hurela’s units but let me tell you I have no regrets‼️ I absolutely love my unit❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️and will continue to purchase from them in the near future. GBSo very disappointed So very disappointed. I ordered dark brown hair and got a burgundy color brown. The hair has a bad odor and is poorly sewn. Their customer service was prompt and efficient in responding to my emails before I received their product. Sorry, I just can’t recommend.
