Very disappointed Very disappointed with order m600056012, going back and forth with customer service about shipping issues. Finally received 1 of 2 wigs, 18 Ombre headband wig 18 inch looks more like 16in, the hair was soft but very thin. 2nd issue I never received any messages that my 2nd wig was delayed due to custom color, but now I have a feeling once I get it, the quality will be the same as the other one. I wish I could get my money back

I am so satisfied with the hair quality… I am so satisfied with the hair quality and the customer service. The hair is true to length and really soft and tangle free and no bad smell at all. Their customer service is awesome they get back to you right away with sufficient answer to whatever your question would be. It was my first time and I have ordered three wigs from Hurela and they never disappoint me.

it was giving what it was pos to give,gurl! I bought a 16" natural kinky straight 'human hair' wig with 4c baby hairs. it looks so natural and its soft and easy to straighten! I bought it as a protective style for the winter, I wanted it to look like my hair; my hair is the same length and some of friends and family couldn't tell the difference between my natural hair and the wig! it comes with a (glueless) band already attracted to the wig, lashes, head band to lay the edges ( my favourite gift out of all the gifts!) and 2 wig caps. I plan on buying at least 2/3 more of the same wigs and dying them different colours. my only critique would be, the lace is a little hard and doesn't dye as easy as I'd like, but the wig dyes well, was able to dye a "skunk stripe", it's really soft, crazy realistic and the wig barely sheds. Also/, it didn't take too long to get to me in the UK and good communication with the company. over all, I love it, I'm a happy customer!

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME ORDERING.. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME ORDERING... MY FIRST WIG WAS A BLONDE WIG, I COLORED IT AND IT TOOK THE COLOR VERY WELL( GOT SO MANY COMPLIMENTS).... NOW I ONLY GAVE THEM A 4 STAR, BECAUSE THE WIG I ORDERED WASN'T IN STOCK... AND I HAD MY HEART SET ON THAT ONE. BUT THE REPLACEMENT WIG ( 22' JERRY CURL)IS REALLY PRETTY AND SOFT ( I HAVEN'T STYLED IT YET TBH) BUT IT WAS PACKAGED WELL AND HAS NO SMELL... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME COMMUNICATING VERY WELL

Great wig and customer service I made my order on Sunday and the following day I received my tracking details and where it would be shipped from. The hair came Friday afternoon, the hair was soft and tangle free. I bleached the knots easily and even after washing there wasn't much shedding. I've styled it and worn it a couple of times, the hair is really light and the wig is a good fit, I will definitely be ordering again and I would definitely recommend.
