Don’t let the negativity distract you I have been shopping with Hurela for about two years now I love the hair I love the quality I’ve read through a few of the other comments and I have to disagree with them. Every time I order they do what’s needed. I am currently waiting on a 2nd wig I purchased and the quality is so good I am impatient to see it and add it to my collection!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I am not sure why I have to contact you guys several times including calls,emails, texts etc. and I still HAVE NOT got an answer . I ordered a wig yesterday and it says that it has been ordered but the money wasn’t taken out and I just want some clarification that’s it!!!!
