it was giving what it was pos to give,gurl! I bought a 16" natural kinky straight 'human hair' wig with 4c baby hairs. it looks so natural and its soft and easy to straighten! I bought it as a protective style for the winter, I wanted it to look like my hair; my hair is the same length and some of friends and family couldn't tell the difference between my natural hair and the wig! it comes with a (glueless) band already attracted to the wig, lashes, head band to lay the edges ( my favourite gift out of all the gifts!) and 2 wig caps. I plan on buying at least 2/3 more of the same wigs and dying them different colours. my only critique would be, the lace is a little hard and doesn't dye as easy as I'd like, but the wig dyes well, was able to dye a "skunk stripe", it's really soft, crazy realistic and the wig barely sheds. Also/, it didn't take too long to get to me in the UK and good communication with the company. over all, I love it, I'm a happy customer!

EVERYONE SHOP ELSEWHERE Been chasing a return fee refund from them for over a month now. The reviews on their website are fake. The hair quality was so bad and rubbish. When I tried to return they offered I keep the hair and they refund $30! I no longer wanted the terrible hair because I nearly paid 200 for it in the first place. Their website policy states that if it is a sellers issue they would cover shipping cost. They offered to refund me $10 for shipping but I paid $40 and they keep offering me different prices to negotiate. Clearly this company is FRAUDULENT . Stay away from this company. shop elsewhere, worse customer experience I have received.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I am not sure why I have to contact you guys several times including calls,emails, texts etc. and I still HAVE NOT got an answer . I ordered a wig yesterday and it says that it has been ordered but the money wasn’t taken out and I just want some clarification that’s it!!!! This is very unprofessional and you guys need to do better. Veryyyy upset and unsatisfied I’m just going to cancel my order all together!!!!! NEVER AGAINNNNN

I was a bit skeptical about buying hair… I was a bit skeptical about buying hair from this website as it was my first time but I gave it a try and do not regret it , the hair came fast , neat , true to length and the best part … very affordable honestly !!! But the only thing is , I would’ve loved the lace to be a little bit more “natural looking ” . But other than that , everything else is perfect

Don’t let the negativity distract you I have been shopping with Hurela for about two years now I love the hair I love the quality I’ve read through a few of the other comments and I have to disagree with them. Every time I order they do what’s needed. I am currently waiting on a 2nd wig I purchased and the quality is so good I am impatient to see it and add it to my collection!
