GBVery disappointed Very disappointed with order m600056012, going back and forth with customer service about shipping issues. Finally received 1 of 2 wigs, 18 Ombre headband wig 18 inch looks more like 16in, the hair was soft but very thin. 2nd issue I never received any messages that my 2nd wig was delayed due to custom color, but now I have a feeling once I get it, the quality will be the same as the other one. I wish I could get my money back

GBHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I am not sure why I have to contact you guys several times including calls,emails, texts etc. and I still HAVE NOT got an answer . I ordered a wig yesterday and it says that it has been ordered but the money wasn’t taken out and I just want some clarification that’s it!!!! This is very unprofessional and you guys need to do better. Veryyyy upset and unsatisfied I’m just going to cancel my order all together!!!!! NEVER AGAINNNNN

CAI love the hair I love the hair! The installation was easy especially for a beginner. The band is probably my favourite only negative is the shedding. Besides that I’ve gotten a lot of compliments and probably will be buying from here again seeing that the delivery was also pretty quick. Great job overall

GBSo very disappointed So very disappointed. I ordered dark brown hair and got a burgundy color brown. The hair has a bad odor and is poorly sewn. Their customer service was prompt and efficient in responding to my emails before I received their product. Sorry, I just can’t recommend.

GBI had an ordinarie experience withh… I had an ordinarie experience withh Hurela. I viewed their product thoghts, but didn't end up buying anithing. They have some really nice items that seemed almst good, but I wasn't sure iif it was wort the price for what I was getting. I had a few queries that I wanted answered, but I found it difficult to get in contact with anyone from the company. Other than that, it was ok.
