Their customer service is awesome they get back to you right away with sufficient answer to whatever your question would be. It was my first time and I have ordered three wigs from Hurela and they never disappoint me.

So very disappointed So very disappointed. I ordered dark brown hair and got a burgundy color brown. The hair has a bad odor and is poorly sewn. Their customer service was prompt and efficient in responding to my emails before I received their product. Sorry, I just can’t recommend.
