GBSo very disappointed So very disappointed. I ordered dark brown hair and got a burgundy color brown. The hair has a bad odor and is poorly sewn. Their customer service was prompt and efficient in responding to my emails before I received their product. Sorry, I just can’t recommend.

GBEVERYONE SHOP ELSEWHERE Been chasing a return fee refund from them for over a month now. The reviews on their website are fake. The hair quality was so bad and rubbish. When I tried to return they offered I keep the hair and they refund $30! I no longer wanted the terrible hair because I nearly paid 200 for it in the first place. Their website policy states that if it is a sellers issue they would cover shipping cost. They offered to refund me $10 for shipping but I paid $40 and they keep offering me different prices to negotiate. Clearly this company is FRAUDULENT . Stay away from this company. shop elsewhere, worse customer experience I have received.

CAI am so satisfied with the hair quality… I am so satisfied with the hair quality and the customer service. The hair is true to length and really soft and tangle free and no bad smell at all. Their customer service is awesome they get back to you right away with sufficient answer to whatever your question would be. It was my first time and I have ordered three wigs from Hurela and they never disappoint me.

GBDon’t let the negativity distract you I have been shopping with Hurela for about two years now I love the hair I love the quality I’ve read through a few of the other comments and I have to disagree with them. Every time I order they do what’s needed. I am currently waiting on a 2nd wig I purchased and the quality is so good I am impatient to see it and add it to my collection!

GBVery disappointed Very disappointed with order m600056012, going back and forth with customer service about shipping issues. Finally received 1 of 2 wigs, 18 Ombre headband wig 18 inch looks more like 16in, the hair was soft but very thin. 2nd issue I never received any messages that my 2nd wig was delayed due to custom color, but now I have a feeling once I get it, the quality will be the same as the other one. I wish I could get my money back
