HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I am not sure why I have to contact you guys several times including calls,emails, texts etc. and I still HAVE NOT got an answer . I ordered a wig yesterday and it says that it has been ordered but the money wasn’t taken out and I just want some clarification that’s it!!!! Very disappointed Very disappointed with order m600056012, going back and forth with customer service about shipping issues. Finally received 1 of 2 wigs, 18 Ombre headband wig 18 inch looks more like 16in, the hair was soft but very thin. 2nd issue I never received any messages that my 2nd wig was delayed due to custom color, but now I have a feeling once I get it, the quality will be the same as the other one. I wish I could get my money back

I was a bit skeptical about buying hair… I was a bit skeptical about buying hair from this website as it was my first time but I gave it a try and do not regret it , the hair came fast , neat , true to length and the best part … very affordable honestly !!! But the only thing is , I would’ve loved the lace to be a little bit more “natural looking ” . But other than that , everything else is perfect
