Great wig and customer service I made my order on Sunday and the following day I received my tracking details and where it would be shipped from. The hair came Friday afternoon, the hair was soft and tangle free. I bleached the knots easily and even after washing there wasn't much shedding. I've styled it and worn it a couple of times, the hair is really light and the wig is a good fit, I will definitely be ordering again and I would definitely recommend.

Their customer service is awesome they get back to you right away with sufficient answer to whatever your question would be. So very disappointed So very disappointed. I ordered dark brown hair and got a burgundy color brown. The hair has a bad odor and is poorly sewn. Their customer service was prompt and efficient in responding to my emails before I received their product. Sorry, I just can’t recommend.

EVERYONE SHOP ELSEWHERE Been chasing a return fee refund from them for over a month now. The reviews on their website are fake. The hair quality was so bad and rubbish. When I tried to return they offered I keep the hair and they refund $30! I no longer wanted the terrible hair because I nearly paid 200 for it in the first place. Their website policy states that if it is a sellers issue they would cover shipping cost. They offered to refund me $10 for shipping but I paid $40 and they keep offering me different prices to negotiate. Clearly this company is FRAUDULENT . Stay away from this company. shop elsewhere, worse customer experience I have received.
