May not buy from Premier Again I've gotten many wonderful wigs from this company, but the one I most recently purchased is awful. I've only been wearing it for a couple weeks and it's already baling up at the nape, falling out in clumps, shedding so bad that I had to buy another unit, and some of the worst tangling I've ever seen.

I really love this wig!!!!!! I really love this wig, no need to bleach the knots just add your powder foundation and boom it’s going to BLEND. And when they say glueless they really mean it, all the combs and elastic bands inside the cap you really do not need glue. If you’re going to the a side part or half up half down then use some gots2b spray or gel but other than that the straps and combs do the work.

I bought a wig meant to be 24 in 180… I bought a wig meant to be 24 in 180 density not as described want to return but the company want to charge me a restocking fee in addition to me having to pay to return the hair, even though it’s not as described. They want to offer me $10 to keep it. It is a shame as this company used to be my go to for quality hair extensions and wigs. You can see my response from the company that even though the item doesn’t fit the description they want me to pay return so in effect you’re asking me to shoulder the cost of a faulty merchandise without considering the customer. This is crazy not to mention the restocking fee which they have not mentioned here.density is not as described! Hair is not as described as it’s supposed to be 100% human hair and it has synthetic fibre mix.

Perfect wig. DHL gave my package to a next door neighbor who I don't know or talk to , when I gave them simple instructions to knock on my door or call me upon their arrival I was totally upset they had one simple job to follow and they didn't . I don't talk to that person that they gave my package to and he could've stolen my package Thank god he didn't but next time follow the simple orders please and Thank you. Overall I do Love the wig it fits perfectly I just gotta learn how to style it lol.
