Instead of apologies they are not refunding the money to me. Again no texts were sent, they are charging as though they were and not refunding me. These people falsely accused me of… FIREARMS ONLINES SALES? These people falsely accused me of selling firearms!! We sell basement waterproofing products! Having scheduled an onboarding Zoom appointment and made sure I was on time for it which meant a tough drive through heavy traffic and rain, plus cutting short my other tasks, I was greeted with an email from them cancelling the appointment, stating the reason to be that I was an arms dealer! They said that it would be illegal for them to provide me with their marketing services. I used my business domain email address so they could easily have found my website where we sell Waterguard and FloodBuster sump and pump systems. We are totally against guns and would never trade in them.
