Great Support Team Emotive is really helpful on the onboarding side of things. They genuinely want you to succeed. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. So far so good! I hope I can grow my SMS list and get some more sales.

Desperate These people are some of the most desperate human beings I've ever seen. I got so many emails from different reps over the past few months. I'm not even sure how they got all my email addresses and phone numbers but when I ask them to stop and a few months later another rep starts emailing multiple times. The most recent Emotive rep emailed 4 times and even called until I finally had enough and responded back telling her to stop contacting me the desperation is beyond pathetic.

I love emotive I love emotive. Jen and Will have been super helpful with the entire process and I'm grateful that my business was contacted by this company because we have already began to see a return on our investment. If you are thinking about working with this company...don't walk, RUN and sign up now! they are amazing!!!

Horrible service with hidden fees Horrible service with hidden fees. These guys will keep charging your credit card even after you cancel. If you want to have charges hit your credit card indefinitely, sign up with this company. Save yourself a nightmare experience and avoid this company.

dont recommend them. the 1 star reviews are honest I have been with them since I started my business, so around 3 years. They try to lock you into some contract where you cant cancel because you HAVE to be in a one year contract with a minimum spend amount (even if that is $0, there will be another monthly charge theyll try to scam you into paying). If you forget to cancel by ONE DAY you must stay locked in for an entire year. Now I'll need to dispute all these charges and have my credit card company deal with it, it's such a waste of time
