I’ve used several sms companies and the… I’ve used several sms companies and the thing that sets Emotive apart is that we have a dedicated human being who cares about our success and works with us to create goals and continue to scale and use the platform to its best abilities. Emily, our customer success manager, is a delight and her insights are so helpful. Having a second person who helps us with copy is also hugely helpful. If we didn’t have this support team we would probably consider consolidating our sms with our email, so they are 100% the reason we use Emotive.

Great platform Great platform, and amazing support. My experience with emotive is very positive. I have tried all other platforms and switched from Klayvio and Attentive and this is by far the best SMS platform out there.

scammers They charged me for a bunch of unsent campaigns - I lost thousands of revenue from their ability to not deliver on big sales and product launch days. Instead of apologies they are not refunding the money to me. Again no texts were sent, they are charging as though they were and not refunding me. It's been months of back and forth emails and thousands of dollars lost. _ GO ELSEWHERE - THEY ARE SCAMMERS

dont recommend them. the 1 star reviews are honest I have been with them since I started my business, so around 3 years. They try to lock you into some contract where you cant cancel because you HAVE to be in a one year contract with a minimum spend amount (even if that is $0, there will be another monthly charge theyll try to scam you into paying). If you forget to cancel by ONE DAY you must stay locked in for an entire year. Now I'll need to dispute all these charges and have my credit card company deal with it, it's such a waste of time
