Does that mean that I am expected to fund their research stage without getting any use of the product? No, thank, you! I can simply use chat gpt for free to generate low-quality content. It is even easier to use chat gpt as you can tell it what you want and not just write a simple title without the option for more explanation. I do not recommend the product at its current stage. I personally can't use it for anything since it generates rubbish content. They also do not offer a refund under any circumstances. P.S. I haven't threatened you in any way that I will write a negative review. My last message of our conversation states, "Thank you for your answers, they were useful for my review." Also, I did write this review a couple of hours after signing up, where I had already produced a few articles and experienced the product. The reason why I asked for a refund right away was reading another negative thread on Reddit about your product just after signing up. Waste of money. Lame. It's a waste of money and it's not helpful at all. You're better off writing from scratch or using other AI tools. The sentences are just beating around the bush just to reach the number of words you need. They DON'T generate comprehensive articles contrary to what other reviews here (that may be from their own team) are saying. The article doesn't make sense regardless of the number of words. It just goes around in circles and the construction is LAME. Words are REPETITIVE and they're just paraphrasing the sentences just to fill the page. The Word doc you download also has an ERROR that you can't open it. I think it's also a SCAM that someone from their team would pretend to hire a content writer on Upwork with access to their app as one of the requirements for the job so you'd be forced to pay to be qualified for the job.

I couldn't access the main site and reached out to their support. Unfortunately, it took them over 36 hours to respond to my initial email, so I sent a follow-up. Finally, I received a response with a link to their pricing, which indicated $20 monthly and $40 monthly options. However, I was charged $97 for a monthly membership instead. When I questioned this, their explanation was that they were conducting AB testing on new pricing models, and the option I saw was no longer available. They showed no intention of reintroducing that price, leaving me feeling cheated and disappointed.
