GBWorst agency I've ever worked with I wish I could give them 0 stars. This agency does not know what they are doing and will not use your budget efficiently or effectively. They took my business and burned me for thousands of dollars, wasting a huge portion of my ad budget. I found that they put very little effort into their clients, especially if you're a smaller one, and their creative process is absolutely horrendous. The ads and copywriting they created for me were awful, something you'd think a middle schooler had come up with. I've worked with several agencies in the past, and trust when I say this: stay away from pivot cmo.

GBGood for scaling ads Pretty fair pricing model, and they have a lot of technical knowledge about ads for Facebook. They are also guest speakers on Shopfiy's webinars here and there, so feel free to watch their webinars first before testing the waters.

GBGreat experience I used them for a trial month for our fitness brand. The first month we did a good amount of testing and it was a slow rev wise (to be fair they told me this was going to be the case), but as some of the tests they tan started working the second month we started to see real growth. The boutique feel is good and employees are knowledgeable.

GBExperience was quite poor Experience was quite poor. We engaged with them because we were told that they were one of a few firms that had exclusivity to advertise on TikTok. When this exclusivity went away we were pitched that they were "probably the most experienced TikTok firm in the world." We ended halfway through the first month because my partner and I agreed that it was a waste of advertising dollars and that we could run the ads much better.

GBAwful. Awful. They promised they could give us great results, but they absolutely failed in every aspect. None of their campaigns provided good results. They still charged a high price tag even though the results we were getting ourselves running ads in house were lightyears better than what they achieved. We were burned by Pivot CMO. I do not recommend them to anyone.
