Awful. Awful. They promised they could give us great results, but they absolutely failed in every aspect. None of their campaigns provided good results. They still charged a high price tag even though the results we were getting ourselves running ads in house were lightyears better than what they achieved. We were burned by Pivot CMO. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Knowledgeable and responsive Great operators that helped us really establish our FB ad account. Best-in-class knowledge and execution. Same downsides as working with any agency, but their dedication and experience more than made up for.
