GBBetter options out there Team seem professional and organized. However they oversold their creative capabilities. It seems there were really any at all. In terms of running campaigns. Decision making was slapdash, chaotic and reactionary. Each decision seemed like it had been made five minutes before our weekly meeting and lacked consistency. Communication was generally good. But I wouldn’t recommend working with pivot CMO.

GBGot an email from these guys last year… Got an email from these guys last year and thought they're just some lunatics after my money. Gave them a chance and happy that i did. There are a lot things that needs fixing from the previous agency we worked with and things were a little slow at first. Testing and discussing strategies on our first and second week paid off. Almost 6 months in and we're still with them

GBAwful. Awful. They promised they could give us great results, but they absolutely failed in every aspect. None of their campaigns provided good results. They still charged a high price tag even though the results we were getting ourselves running ads in house were lightyears better than what they achieved. We were burned by Pivot CMO. I do not recommend them to anyone.

GBhesitant at first, but became a great experience we've been through a few agencies and were hesitant to try these guys after 3 failed experiences. first week was a slow start, but by the 4th week things were working...we're a few months in now and we're happy with them.

GBWorst agency I've ever worked with I wish I could give them 0 stars. This agency does not know what they are doing and will not use your budget efficiently or effectively. They took my business and burned me for thousands of dollars, wasting a huge portion of my ad budget. I found that they put very little effort into their clients, especially if you're a smaller one, and their creative process is absolutely horrendous. The ads and copywriting they created for me were awful, something you'd think a middle schooler had come up with. I've worked with several agencies in the past, and trust when I say this: stay away from pivot cmo.
