Thanks so much to the Pivot Team, we were able to triple the online revenue and were able to navigate through 2020. Pivot Team is profoundly knowledgable, professional, and fun to work with. Simply, they are sincere and trustworthy, which i believe is the most important factor to keep the partnership.

Better options out there Team seem professional and organized. However they oversold their creative capabilities. It seems there were really any at all. In terms of running campaigns. Decision making was slapdash, chaotic and reactionary. Each decision seemed like it had been made five minutes before our weekly meeting and lacked consistency. Communication was generally good. But I wouldn’t recommend working with pivot CMO.

Not only that, they also did not use advertising budget wisely at all or with any proper monitoring. They created an image, and took the words straight from our site and called it an ad. Cancelled within the first month, had non-existing management of our ads, and called it a bad loss and lesson learned with a falsely self advertised company.
