GBMy data was included in a Seven Rooms… My data was included in a Seven Rooms data breach in December 2022. Seven Rooms are legally required to notify me that my data has been breached, I found out via a 3rd party data breach search. Over 400GB of customer data was sold to hackers. Since then I've received over 100 spam emails every day - I knew my data had been breached but wasn't sure where from until now. Thanks Seven Rooms...

GBHorrible Horrible. There is no reason for such continued failure to perform a fundamental task of processing a simple dinner reservation, repeatedly, across multiple restaurants. I wonder how much business is lost as a result of such simple basic flaw: "There was a problem completing the reservation. Please try again later"

GBPreto in Colchester. An outstanding place to eat We went to preto in Colchester. We were amazed at the standard and quality of the food on offer beautifully cooked and full of flavour and beautifully presented . To include a salad bar, like nothing we have experienced . Plenty of choice vegetables included . The staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining hiw their menus work . The premises were very clean and clutter free. Most importantly was the price for the standard of the exceptional cuisine the price did not break the bank quite u expensive compared to some eateries we have tried We will certainly be going back and we would encourage you all to give these premises a try we promise you you will not be disappointed. AUCharged me $100 despite cancelling 21 minutes later. I made a same-day booking via SevenRooms but cancelled via phone 21 minutes later due to illness. Despite the restaurant accepting the cancellation so shortly after it was made, the system still took $100 off my card. The restaurant stated they could neither stop this nor reverse it until a more senior manager returns to work. Technically, the cancellation fee is compliant with the policy (as the booking was made within 24-hours) but you'd think a restaurant would be able to override the system in certain cases -- apparently not.
