GBBad user experience As a person making a reservation, this application sucks. Every time, I have to reenter the same information. Surely they could have a system whereby the customers of the restaurants could save their data?

GBsevenrooms spams you I made a reservation for a restaurant that used sevenrooms. Days later, a bunch of other restaurants near me had me on their mailing list blowing me up, clearly sevenrooms either sells or gives your email out to other restaurants. Being spammed daily having to unsubscribe from each restaurant one at a time... Very annoying and will not be making reservations for a restaurant that uses sevenrooms again

GBPreto in Colchester. An outstanding place to eat We went to preto in Colchester. We were amazed at the standard and quality of the food on offer beautifully cooked and full of flavour and beautifully presented . To include a salad bar, like nothing we have experienced . Plenty of choice vegetables included . The staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining hiw their menus work . The premises were very clean and clutter free. Most importantly was the price for the standard of the exceptional cuisine the price did not break the bank quite u expensive compared to some eateries we have tried We will certainly be going back and we would encourage you all to give these premises a try we promise you you will not be disappointed. AUCharged me $100 despite cancelling 21 minutes later. I made a same-day booking via SevenRooms but cancelled via phone 21 minutes later due to illness. Despite the restaurant accepting the cancellation so shortly after it was made, the system still took $100 off my card. The restaurant stated they could neither stop this nor reverse it until a more senior manager returns to work. Technically, the cancellation fee is compliant with the policy (as the booking was made within 24-hours) but you'd think a restaurant would be able to override the system in certain cases -- apparently not.
