But you got to pay for it :) Monday.com's marketing strategy is to lure you in and whenever you need more, you got to pay. It's a shame. Also, do not fall for their weekly or monthly feedback meetings. They have ZERO intention of helping you with your problems but they rather use this information to create more paid apps.

Beware Beware! They have been taking extra money out of my account without my approval or knowledge. At first, they denied it but they are now backtracking and have agreed to refund some of the money. Apparently, it was all down to a "technical issue". I agree with what people are saying about poor customer service. They didn't want to help until I took it further. They don't respond to reviews which says a lot about them as a company. Anyway, I would consider looking elsewhere as these guys are very sneaky and to be honest, the product is getting a bit dated.

I love this platform and have used it… I love this platform and have used it at two jobs so far and have found it helps drive better efficiency and accountability. Seriously one of the best UX and so easy to use without needing to know a lot about integrations or dev work. While I've barely tapped into the full potential I've been a power user and have spread the good word about this tool. Compared to other PM tools this has a clean UX and is built to be as intuitive as possible.

We use monday CRM and I cant recommend… We use monday CRM and I cant recommend it. It has nice features, but at the end, they are useless, because loading speed is horrible. You cant open a dashboard / a lead in under 10-15 seconds. So nobody wants to use this tool.

Task Dynamo! This UI is somethin' else, I tell ya! It's downright professional and easy as pie to get around, especially for a crazy team. Keepin' tabs on tasks, spotting any hiccups in the plan, and setting deadlines that make sense - it's all right at your fingertips. This tool's a real winner, no doubt about it!
