DON¨T WASTE YOU TIME with the "FREE"… DON¨T WASTE YOU TIME with the "FREE" option. Only a few elements are included. A lot of the options are paid only. Everything cost extra... It will display a green bar that look like you can use more elements for FREE, but's that's just not truth. You can't add anything without getting a notification saying you have to upgrade you account (paying). It's a good tool, but not for the price. Too expensive for personal use. You can pay to get OFFICE 365 with all its programs for a better price. Don't waste your time on this one

Monday.com has made things so smooth in… Monday.com has made things so smooth in our office. Client follow up is a breeze. It has also allowed our team to work remotely when needed. It also makes team communication so easy. In addition Monday.com has helped us solidify responsibilities. Automations - set it a forget it.

Constantly nagging for more money, not useful enough Tried using Monday.com as a team member said they liked it. Wish I'd stuck with ClickUp instead (which I use for all my other businesses). As per other reviews - Monday seems to spend more time asking me to upgrade my account and spend more money than it does actually helping me to deliver projects or manage key accounts. What's particularly frustrating is there are many menu options shown that pop up a "pay more to access this feature" window. GO AWAY! Don't show me things that aren't in my subscription or flag them as something I don't already have access too. It ruins the whole user experience and I have already cancelled my renewal - I'll be switching this team over to Click Up when I need to. In fact...I might just do that now and suck up the sunk abortive cost on Monday. Looks fairly pretty and does basic functions OK but man alive it's now as powerful or as good value as ClickUp.

Beware Beware! They have been taking extra money out of my account without my approval or knowledge. At first, they denied it but they are now backtracking and have agreed to refund some of the money. Apparently, it was all down to a "technical issue". I agree with what people are saying about poor customer service. They didn't want to help until I took it further. They don't respond to reviews which says a lot about them as a company. Anyway, I would consider looking elsewhere as these guys are very sneaky and to be honest, the product is getting a bit dated.

Support is now awful Support is now awful. We have used Monday.com for years but over the past few days we have experienced truly awful support. No phone number to call, slow almost unusable chat, a failing ticketing system and a response time to major issues that is simply not acceptable. So sad. Used to be good but not any more
