Surprisingly, there is always an external app that can provide you the solution! But you got to pay for it :) Monday.com's marketing strategy is to lure you in and whenever you need more, you got to pay. It's a shame. Also, do not fall for their weekly or monthly feedback meetings. They have ZERO intention of helping you with your problems but they rather use this information to create more paid apps.

GBI love this platform and have used it… I love this platform and have used it at two jobs so far and have found it helps drive better efficiency and accountability. Seriously one of the best UX and so easy to use without needing to know a lot about integrations or dev work. While I've barely tapped into the full potential I've been a power user and have spread the good word about this tool. Compared to other PM tools this has a clean UX and is built to be as intuitive as possible.

I use Monday every day for my job and it is honestly my life line to keep things straight. We've created a tracker for follow ups to keep us in line and up to date with customers. The fully customizable features are what set this company apart from others and the fact that they are always adding new features and add on programs.
