GBCommunication / not helping better I have been their customer since 2005 . They probably have my phone number to reach also they have my credit cards but because my bank changed my credit card exp date they couldn’t charge for renewal . I received an email ones I thought it was scam because I have been getting scam emails on and off even non of my products are expired. So due to Covid I was late coming back to home/ work after a week or two they shut down our website. I understand that part of it since it’s all about money they could of try at list reaching by calling but they didn’t . I did call them for payment so they said that it’s too late my website will take longer to put back on because they remove the back up or something so they want to charge additional money for it to be live again. I did pay for it with renewal now I just received email saying they not able to recover or put it back the way it was. I do appreciate them trying however I don’t appreciate putting me in bad spot not trying at list giving some time to respond or give a courtesy call. I don’t know if they living in a different world but at the moment there are a lot of issues Covid related not everything about money try to help people at list that part of it I don’t appreciate at all specially I have been customer for 15 years or more .....

NGIdentity theft and stealing domains They locked my account; they need me to submit only my driver's license or international passport. So I'm curious; a domain reseller recently admitted to storing my credit card information, and they now require an international passport, which sounds like identity theft in disguise. I am discussing possible legal action through the parent company, Godaddy if they try to hold my domain. They are resellers under the domain name domainnow.com, and the domain registrar is Godaddy.

PEI bought a domain for my bussiness on this… I bought a domain for my work on this page, I paid for the domain and apart from privacy, after a few days I could not enter the domain again. They asked for my identification document and also photos of my credit card with which I paid. A week has passed and so far I have no news about my domain and I have also compromised a lot of my information by sending them the photos. Be careful. Customer #: 292364268

BOI rate it that way I rate it that way, because there is no way to make a claim or chat with someone in the company and be able to make a claim. I never got my money back for a domain that I didn't want to renew.
