I am already client of Go Daddy and I am very worried I am already client of Go Daddy and DomaionRightNow is Go Daddy! nevertheless is received a message informing that you need to check my identity and that I should send you my passport copy. This is a breech to my PCI. The message also said that if I was not sending this information in the 48 hours the domains I bought would be released but the charge has been placed on my credit card anyway. Also last time I had a issue DRN to register previous domains and couldn't proceed the payment online a Go Daddy rep helped me to buy the domain at a higher price than Domainrightnow, also to make the purchase on line I had to give away my credit card number and the CVV number. I really hope that I won't get any trouble with my card as I already reported that fact and didn't received any comment from you. FYI I keep a screen capture of the messages I am sending you. Part 2 I could finally check my bank account and couldn't see purchases which look fraudulent so far, nevertheless I cancelled my credit card.

Communication / not helping better I have been their customer since 2005 . They probably have my phone number to reach also they have my credit cards but because my bank changed my credit card exp date they couldn’t charge for renewal . I received an email ones I thought it was scam because I have been getting scam emails on and off even non of my products are expired. So due to Covid I was late coming back to home/ work after a week or two they shut down our website. I understand that part of it since it’s all about money they could of try at list reaching by calling but they didn’t . I did call them for payment so they said that it’s too late my website will take longer to put back on because they remove the back up or something so they want to charge additional money for it to be live again. I did pay for it with renewal now I just received email saying they not able to recover or put it back the way it was. I do appreciate them trying however I don’t appreciate putting me in bad spot not trying at list giving some time to respond or give a courtesy call. I don’t know if they living in a different world but at the moment there are a lot of issues Covid related not everything about money try to help people at list that part of it I don’t appreciate at all specially I have been customer for 15 years or more .....

Best prices of market I am from Brazil and after much research they have the best price on the market. I believe they are from the same company as Godaddy, so it is completely reliable.

I rate it that way I rate it that way, because there is no way to make a claim or chat with someone in the company and be able to make a claim. I never got my money back for a domain that I didn't want to renew.
