I bought a domain for my bussiness on this… I bought a domain for my work on this page, I paid for the domain and apart from privacy, after a few days I could not enter the domain again. They asked for my identification document and also photos of my credit card with which I paid. A week has passed and so far I have no news about my domain and I have also compromised a lot of my information by sending them the photos. Be careful. Customer #: 292364268

After registering a domain and paying… After registering a domain and paying for it successfully, the company has decided to hold the domain and my money while it demands government ID to proceed. This is after the purchase, and I can see on domaintools, they are now trying to resell the domain. BEWARE THE SCAMMERS

Process to reinit 2-Factor Auth unusable. Had to change my phone and therefore I had to reinstall Windows Authenticater. So the 2-factor authentication did'nt work anymore. Is not something that happens only once in a livetime (for sure) and therefore DomeinRightNow really need to integrate a process to easely reinit a new device. I took me several mails and a ticket that took over a month to solve. I seriously thought about changing registrar!

False advertisement False advertisement, too much expensive domains on their website, they claim to use the promo RDRNOW499 to avail the domain in $4.99 but there is no promo/coupon field on the checkout page.

Reliable I have used DRN for years without a problem, I've no idea what their Support is like, as I have never had cause to make contact.
