I rate it that way I rate it that way, because there is no way to make a claim or chat with someone in the company and be able to make a claim. I never got my money back for a domain that I didn't want to renew.

I am discussing possible legal action through the parent company, Godaddy if they try to hold my domain. They are resellers under the domain name domainnow.com, and the domain registrar is Godaddy.
