I sent an email to ask for clarification since I was sure that I was in compliance with the Terms and Conditions set by MailerSend. Glenn answered me and was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind through the whole process. Finally, we managed to get my account approved, and my address un-blocked.

Not complying... I filled all the fields, but: " After careful review, it has been determined that your account does not comply with our terms and community standards. Due to this, your account will not be approved. "
