Great support! Great support! While trying to get my account approved, I was notified that instead, my account had been suspended. I sent an email to ask for clarification since I was sure that I was in compliance with the Terms and Conditions set by MailerSend. Glenn answered me and was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind through the whole process. Finally, we managed to get my account approved, and my address un-blocked.

Worst Platform I had upgraded my account for the amount of $30 (50k plan) and i had sended only 500emails and my account has been immediately suspended by them.I had checked with the support and they had told that they will not be able to activate my account.When i asked for the refund they had told they will not be able to provide the refund.I am really very disappointed with the service.So better dont use this platform they will scam you.

Great service and support Powerfull and very well documented tools : i'm not a pro coder, just need a trusty email service for my business and found no problem configuring my domain dns to start and implementing their API and webhooks in my webapp. Really great and fast support.

Unacceptable attitude towards customers The system itself is not bad at all. The system interface is simple and is quite convenient to use. But ))))), those guys do not respect customers at all. They will close your account and restrict the account log in with no reason. Even if you ask them for additional information and feedback, they won't answer you! They are waiting for stupid clients with a small website and max 1000 recipients. They can not provide you with good deliverability, a lot of emails go to spam, unfortunately. BAD, BAD, BAD!

Impressive support people I am just testing the suitability of mailer send, but great software is only as good as the support. I ran into a question and given I am currently only on a free account I was amazed to get a response within half an hour which allowed me to continue working. And it was from a human being !!!
