Quickness and deliverability Mailersend is one of the best mass mail send in the current time. We are on the developing stage, and we put on competition almost 10 mass mail ESP, where we need test and to be sure that our transactional mails don't end up into our clients Spam box, or "Promotions" tab for google.. Mailersend was the winner, the second a client register into our system instantaneously the mail is in our clients Inbox (a lots of ESP endup into Promotion tab when it comes to google). I would recommand Mailersend for any one who wants a reliable, sure solution for mass mail sending. Also Mailsersend has one of the bets free plan offer in the market, over 12.000 mail/month, it is a must for a business to automate their mail sending machinery to send/try/experiment with that amount of mails/month after that upgrade to a paid plan (I would say most ESP average is 3000 mail/months which is not that much for tests).

Same as others, account suspended Same as others. Set up an account and configured wait list page to store email addresses and send thank you emails. Got hit by a bot over the Xmas period and account suspended due to high bounce rate. Added extra checks in to make sure email address has valid DNS, RFC compliant and Google ReCaptcha. Have tried multiple times to contact them but have no replies. Will look for a better alternative.

I have tested several others and I… I have tested several others and I found this to be the quickest and easy to set up as with the DNS records, get verified to increase limit. So far works great for our newly started company as we need service we can afford as we grow. Time will tell from now but looking at their roadmap looks like they are here to stay.

Horrible support and unjustified… Horrible support and unjustified account suspension although we never sent a single email trough their platform. We tried contacting support trough email two times and they never replied, also they blocked our access to live chat and the only contact option was their regular contact form on site. We tried contacting them again through the contact form and they replied that our account is suspended since it doesn't comply with the ToS ALTHOUGH upon registration I contacted live chat to ask if our use case is okay and they said we are 100% complying with their ToS but then suspend our account regardless. Worst service and customer support I have ever seen.

Not recommended First I wanted to connect Google Firebase to import authenticated users to mailersend. But the extension doesn't do anything, contacts still need to be imported manually. After trying to import contacts manually, mailersend tells me to upgrade because I cannot import users without credits. After upgrading, mailersend tells me that the subscription doesn't do anything for new contacts, but I need to buy credits to import them für 250$. After requesting mailersend to refund my money, they told me that they never refund money.
