Scam- They are letting intruders… Scam- They are letting intruders register services on my domain. I think Google will stop it before it goes too far, but this is NOT enough security for a mailing service anyone would actually want to use.

Horrible support and unjustified… Horrible support and unjustified account suspension although we never sent a single email trough their platform. We tried contacting support trough email two times and they never replied, also they blocked our access to live chat and the only contact option was their regular contact form on site. We tried contacting them again through the contact form and they replied that our account is suspended since it doesn't comply with the ToS ALTHOUGH upon registration I contacted live chat to ask if our use case is okay and they said we are 100% complying with their ToS but then suspend our account regardless. Worst service and customer support I have ever seen.

Great Tech Support Was able to open a ticket via chat and have the rep get back to me after the issue had been researched. Didn't have to waste an hour on chat like some other places that won't let you open up a ticket. The rep got back to me quickly with the correct information the first time.

Customer service is great Customer service is great; when I needed an email sending platform, MailerSend made it easy for me to accomplish, when I initially thought it was going to involve a lot of knowledge base -- talking to them about my challenges and explaining my specific situation was really helpful toward getting help. Great support! Great support! While trying to get my account approved, I was notified that instead, my account had been suspended. I sent an email to ask for clarification since I was sure that I was in compliance with the Terms and Conditions set by MailerSend. Glenn answered me and was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind through the whole process. Finally, we managed to get my account approved, and my address un-blocked.
