GBSame as others, account suspended Same as others. Set up an account and configured wait list page to store email addresses and send thank you emails. Got hit by a bot over the Xmas period and account suspended due to high bounce rate. Added extra checks in to make sure email address has valid DNS, RFC compliant and Google ReCaptcha. Have tried multiple times to contact them but have no replies. Will look for a better alternative.

MXGreat support! Great support! While trying to get my account approved, I was notified that instead, my account had been suspended. I sent an email to ask for clarification since I was sure that I was in compliance with the Terms and Conditions set by MailerSend. Glenn answered me and was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind through the whole process. Finally, we managed to get my account approved, and my address un-blocked.

FRPainful experience and horrible services This website's really painful to navigate and its services are the worst I've ever seen in my life. I'll just give an example but I've plenty like this one: I tried setting up an email address for my domain name like 10 times but it always failed without any further explanations even though I'm doing exactly what is asked. They've lost a great client today, bye bye mail sender! 🫡

BGHorrible support and unjustified… Horrible support and unjustified account suspension although we never sent a single email trough their platform. We tried contacting support trough email two times and they never replied, also they blocked our access to live chat and the only contact option was their regular contact form on site. We tried contacting them again through the contact form and they replied that our account is suspended since it doesn't comply with the ToS ALTHOUGH upon registration I contacted live chat to ask if our use case is okay and they said we are 100% complying with their ToS but then suspend our account regardless. Worst service and customer support I have ever seen.
