PTOutstading passion for what they do! From an ecommerce company that has a revenue of near 15M a year, we like to work with partners that have passion for what they do, and that's exactly what MailerSend gave us. The commitment that they put in to fix an issue or to clarify a doubt every time we have one, is outstanding! Keep on going, MailerSend!

LVUnacceptable attitude towards customers The system itself is not bad at all. The system interface is simple and is quite convenient to use. But ))))), those guys do not respect customers at all. They will close your account and restrict the account log in with no reason. Even if you ask them for additional information and feedback, they won't answer you! They are waiting for stupid clients with a small website and max 1000 recipients. They can not provide you with good deliverability, a lot of emails go to spam, unfortunately. BAD, BAD, BAD!

INWorst Platform I had upgraded my account for the amount of $30 (50k plan) and i had sended only 500emails and my account has been immediately suspended by them.I had checked with the support and they had told that they will not be able to activate my account. When i asked for the refund they had told they will not be able to provide the refund.I am really very disappointed with the service. So better dont use this platform they will scam you.

DENot recommended First I wanted to connect Google Firebase to import authenticated users to mailersend. But the extension doesn't do anything, contacts still need to be imported manually. After trying to import contacts manually, mailersend tells me to upgrade because I cannot import users without credits. After upgrading, mailersend tells me that the subscription doesn't do anything for new contacts, but I need to buy credits to import them für 250$. After requesting mailersend to refund my money, they told me that they never refund money.

GBScam- They are letting intruders… Scam- They are letting intruders register services on my domain. I think Google will stop it before it goes too far, but this is NOT enough security for a mailing service anyone would actually want to use.
