Worst Platform I had upgraded my account for the amount of $30 (50k plan) and i had sended only 500emails and my account has been immediately suspended by them.I had checked with the support and they had told that they will not be able to activate my account.When i asked for the refund they had told they will not be able to provide the refund.I am really very disappointed with the service.So better dont use this platform they will scam you.

Horrible support and unjustified… Horrible support and unjustified account suspension although we never sent a single email trough their platform. We tried contacting support trough email two times and they never replied, also they blocked our access to live chat and the only contact option was their regular contact form on site. We tried contacting them again through the contact form and they replied that our account is suspended since it doesn't comply with the ToS ALTHOUGH upon registration I contacted live chat to ask if our use case is okay and they said we are 100% complying with their ToS but then suspend our account regardless. Worst service and customer support I have ever seen.

Customer service is great Customer service is great; when I needed an email sending platform, MailerSend made it easy for me to accomplish, when I initially thought it was going to involve a lot of knowledge base -- talking to them about my challenges and explaining my specific situation was really helpful toward getting help. I also want to thank the MailerSend Team for their support.

Do not recomend !!! DO NOT RECOMEND !!! You need to spend 1 day to get all your mail settings configured. After that they just don't approve an account)))) They took my company information, address and phone number and then disapeared.. My account was not approved: "After careful review, it has been determined that your account does not comply with our terms and community standards. Due to this, your account will not be approved." They don't answer on emails. Thats an awful customer experience in 2023...

Quickness and deliverability Mailersend is one of the best mass mail send in the current time. We are on the developing stage, and we put on competition almost 10 mass mail ESP, where we need test and to be sure that our transactional mails don't end up into our clients Spam box, or "Promotions" tab for google.. Mailersend was the winner, the second a client register into our system instantaneously the mail is in our clients Inbox (a lots of ESP endup into Promotion tab when it comes to google). I would recommand Mailersend for any one who wants a reliable, sure solution for mass mail sending. Also Mailsersend has one of the bets free plan offer in the market, over 12.000 mail/month, it is a must for a business to automate their mail sending machinery to send/try/experiment with that amount of mails/month after that upgrade to a paid plan (I would say most ESP average is 3000 mail/months which is not that much for tests).
