MXGreat support! Great support! While trying to get my account approved, I was notified that instead, my account had been suspended. I sent an email to ask for clarification since I was sure that I was in compliance with the Terms and Conditions set by MailerSend. Glenn answered me and was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind through the whole process. Finally, we managed to get my account approved, and my address un-blocked.

GBCustomer service is great Customer service is great; when I needed an email sending platform, MailerSend made it easy for me to accomplish, when I initially thought it was going to involve a lot of knowledge base -- talking to them about my challenges and explaining my specific situation was really helpful toward getting help. THDo not recomend !!! DO NOT RECOMEND !!! You need to spend 1 day to get all your mail settings configured. After that they just don't approve an account)))) They took my company information, address and phone number and then disapeared.. My account was not approved: "After careful review, it has been determined that your account does not comply with our terms and community standards. Due to this, your account will not be approved." They don't answer on emails. Thats an awful customer experience in 2023...

GBHorrible Customer Service without Justification Upon attempting to contact their support team, not a single member would respond to assistance. Instead, they responded every time with an email stating, "after careful review, it has been determined that your account does not comply with our terms and community standards. Due to this, your account will not be approved." There is no due reason that our platform does not comply with their Terms of Use and Policies and their denial to refuse service. Here's the timeline. Over the course of multiple attempts of trying to contact support, all the following occurred: - We have not sent a single email through their platform, yet the account was suspended - All domain and subdomain DNS records were verified (ie SPF, DKIM, bounce, return, updates) but the account never was - We did not receive a single email or contact method to a support staff member to verify our domain name - We provided them various forms of social media as they requested, resulting in no change of domain approval status - We provided 3 months of invoices from our existing email service, resulting in no change of domain approval status We did all they requested and they could not even respond to their decision. As a warning to future users, this company appears to bias their customers and decide to service them or not.
