GBnothing can i ask have you had any issues with "fake" bridles (not sold from yourself) i bought a so called Flying change bridle second hand but it looks more like the paladin - and has a silver clip on the noseband rather than the "thread through" noseband ? have you made any like this or do you think i may be a fake ? i have 2 of your other bridles the pioneer and the narik and love them!! never had a problem

ESCustomer service is just unacceptable… Customer service is just unacceptable for bridles of that price: They are unable to send spare parts (a nose band in that case) !! The leather quality is just normal. I will NEVER buy again.

GBVery pleased with the items I ordered… Very pleased with the items I ordered very good quality and look amazing. I wanted four leg bandages and spoke to someone on chat because I wasn’t sure if they came in pairs or sets of four, a bit of confusion so I ordered what I thought was two pairs but actually it was two sets of four. To return a set would have been almost as much as I paid so not worth it. Postage is very expensive.

GBA MORE THAN IMPRESSED AUSSIE BUYING FROM STOCKHOLM! An Australian, whose first purchase direct from PSOS in Sweden, was 2 bridles that were not available in my country, in the very rare & hard to find "Pony Sizing". My order saw me emailing PSOS out of their business hours with problem. Well, I awoke on the other side of the world to a missed call from Elsa of PSOS in Sweden, who was looking to assist me. I called back and Elsa had things sorted out in moments, and my parcel on it's way within the hour - simply amazing, friendly, happy service, using perfect English. It seems the products are as lovely as the people behind them and I look forward to being a repeat customer!

LTnil communication I placed an order last week, paid for it, nearly a week passed and I still haven't received an order confirmation, nil, zelch. I sent emails to the company, still no reply. It is VERY annoying, this kind of communication, or to be more precise - no communication whatsoever:((((( 5 December: the order arrived, I'm very happy with it, the saddle pad quality is really good, same as of the riding top, but still...I would have really appreciated if I was kept informed about the progress of my order, or at least simple order confirmation.
