Very pleased with the items I ordered… Very pleased with the items I ordered very good quality and look amazing. I wanted four leg bandages and spoke to someone on chat because I wasn’t sure if they came in pairs or sets of four, a bit of confusion so I ordered what I thought was two pairs but actually it was two sets of four. To return a set would have been almost as much as I paid so not worth it. Postage is very expensive.

Customer service is just unacceptable… Customer service is just unacceptable for bridles of that price: They are unable to send spare parts (a nose band in that case) !! The leather quality is just normal. I will NEVER buy again.

Poor delivery service I don’t understand why you use UPS for delivery. The parcel gets delivered to a “ Hub” instead of to a home address. The Hub is closed for holidays and so my parcel has returned to UPS depot and I have no way of finding out where it is or when I will receive it, or of having it delivered to an alternative address. Who knows when I’ll be able to use and review the actual items 🤷‍♀️

My favorite tack cleaner I love all the ps of Sweden products. I especially love the 4-1 tack cleaner. It has a pump top & sprays onto a spong easily. It cleans and protects the leather in one step. It leaves a very light waxy/water resistant coating on the leather.

A MORE THAN IMPRESSED AUSSIE BUYING FROM STOCKHOLM! An Australian, whose first purchase direct from PSOS in Sweden, was 2 bridles that were not available in my country, in the very rare & hard to find "Pony Sizing". My order saw me emailing PSOS out of their business hours with problem. Well, I awoke on the other side of the world to a missed call from Elsa of PSOS in Sweden, who was looking to assist me. I called back and Elsa had things sorted out in moments, and my parcel on it's way within the hour - simply amazing, friendly, happy service, using perfect English. It seems the products are as lovely as the people behind them and I look forward to being a repeat customer!
