Saddle pads are great - the colour, the thickness, the form - everything! Martina from the Sales Dep. is doing a great job answering all the questions, concerning the products and the order. Excellent product and fast shipping I’m always hesitant to order internationally as you never know if or when you will receive your product. I’m familiar with the quality of PSoS and was super happy with my product but was equally happy to receive it faster than expected.

Poor delivery service I don’t understand why you use UPS for delivery. The parcel gets delivered to a “ Hub” instead of to a home address. The Hub is closed for holidays and so my parcel has returned to UPS depot and I have no way of finding out where it is or when I will receive it, or of having it delivered to an alternative address. Who knows when I’ll be able to use and review the actual items 🤷‍♀️

nil communication I placed an order last week, paid for it, nearly a week passed and I still haven't received an order confirmation, nil, zelch. I sent emails to the company, still no reply. It is VERY annoying, this kind of communication, or to be more precise - no communication whatsoever:((((( 5 December: the order arrived, I'm very happy with it, the saddle pad quality is really good, same as of the riding top, but still...I would have really appreciated if I was kept informed about the progress of my order, or at least simple order confirmation.

We placed the order beginning of June… We placed the order beginning of June and it took more than a month for it to be delivered and then required quite a lot of additional import duties so we have returned the order. We had ordered meanwhile PS of Sweden tack from a shop in UK which arrived the next day. We would otherwise not have been able to ride our new pony for a month.
