BHNew reins snapped mid jump. Bought reins from a U.K. stockist. The reins snapped after just 1 month of use. I’ve been told from the supplier that PS have informed them that the reins will only snap like that due to trauma or force! I have to say that’s the most ridiculous comment, reins are supposed to withstand force! My daughter was mid jump at the time, i can only be thankful she wasn’t hurt. The business is Houghton Country who have so far been sadly lacking in the customer service department. UPDATE As requested by PS, I have now received a full refund from the supplier. This took a number of weeks and emails detailing their obligations as a supplier. As for the reins, I’m afraid i cannot give them a better review as they SNAPPED MID JUMP. Thankfully my daughter was not hurt. I imagine a product recall would be the safest option for PS..

GBBridle The online chat support is awesome, especially if one lives in US. I built my own bridle and it’s great! Tip-I don’t use a noseband so I used the extra strap for my throat latch. Just add a buckle to the ring and detach the second part of the other side so you get a buckle on both sides and it works great! Leather is lovely and padded. Wide crown piece is great for larger breeds. I wish they also sold separate chin straps.

GBFull Fly Veil Website, ordering and the service excellent. However the ears on the fly veil were described as "stretchy" - they are not! The mare has particularly long ears and having searched high and low for a veil the fits properly. The description and the size chart showed it to be perfect. Not quite there!

LVFast delivery and amaizing saddle pads. Fast delivery and amaizing saddle pads. I have ordered PSoS saddle pads during Black Friday sales and received them in a week time. Saddle pads are great - the colour, the thickness, the form - everything! Martina from the Sales Dep. is doing a great job answering all the questions, concerning the products and the order. Will order more PSoS!

GBUnreasonable extra costs and extremely hard to return or exchange The bridle itself seems well made and I love the anatomical features. However, after paying an extra $19 for the rolled throatlatch (which is not included), it ended up not fitting my horse. They have two options for throatlatches, flat or rolled. The cheaper option (flat) has an additional 5 holes to tighten the Throatlatch which is why the rolled one didn't fit my horse even though I got the correct size. When I tried to return it, the additional shipping cost to return meant that I would only receive $2. Also, when I ordered the other throatlatch for my bridle, it would have originally been $15 and now was $55 bc the purchase was under $180 - even though I had already paid for a full bridle. Their "unique design" means I can't just swap out for a different brands throatlatch and have to go through them. Also, the pictures showed that the metal features were silver for the bridle but they are actually black.
