New reins snapped mid jump. Bought reins from a U.K. stockist. The reins snapped after just 1 month of use. I’ve been told from the supplier that PS have informed them that the reins will only snap like that due to trauma or force! I have to say that’s the most ridiculous comment, reins are supposed to withstand force! My daughter was mid jump at the time, i can only be thankful she wasn’t hurt. The business is Houghton Country who have so far been sadly lacking in the customer service department. UPDATE As requested by PS, I have now received a full refund from the supplier. This took a number of weeks and emails detailing their obligations as a supplier. As for the reins, I’m afraid i cannot give them a better review as they SNAPPED MID JUMP. Thankfully my daughter was not hurt. I imagine a product recall would be the safest option for PS..

nothing can i ask have you had any issues with "fake" bridles (not sold from yourself) i bought a so called Flying change bridle second hand but it looks more like the paladin - and has a silver clip on the noseband rather than the "thread through" noseband ? have you made any like this or do you think i may be a fake ? i have 2 of your other bridles the pioneer and the narik and love them!! never had a problem

Customer service is just unacceptable… Customer service is just unacceptable for bridles of that price: They are unable to send spare parts (a nose band in that case) !! The leather quality is just normal. I will NEVER buy again.

A MORE THAN IMPRESSED AUSSIE BUYING FROM STOCKHOLM! An Australian, whose first purchase direct from PSOS in Sweden, was 2 bridles that were not available in my country, in the very rare & hard to find "Pony Sizing". My order saw me emailing PSOS out of their business hours with problem. Well, I awoke on the other side of the world to a missed call from Elsa of PSOS in Sweden, who was looking to assist me. Absolutely love the new Ocala bridle! Bought the hunter bridle, Ocala and Bitless bridle and absolutely LOVE both! Such great quality and has made a world of difference in my daughter's horse. She is 1/2 Percheron and tends to carry her head high as a jumper. The soft anatomical ear padding seems to relax and soften her head more. I think other bridles were really tight in that area because of her head size and she had constant pressure. Love the quality, the customer service and beautiful pieces! My daughter got the bold merlot browband and it looks stunning on her bay mare. Love the fit! Thank you for making such quality products!
