Very Nice Your online Publicist handled the publicity of my first book. This firm is a team of consummate professionals who know their business, know how to work together, and know how to bring a new author along. Most importantly, they do what they promise to do. My publicist Cherry kept me continually informed, explained at every stage exactly what they were doing and why, and always respected my questions and concerns. Without them, I would never have been able to achieve the exposure they attracted for my book, from reviews to blog posts and even to a radio interview. I’ll use them again--without hesitation.

They've been calling me endlessly… They've been calling me endlessly trying to sell themslves, and always on a fake phone number that comes up as a local well known company to get me to answer the phone. Then someone with a very thick accent starts up and cannot even pronounce the name of my books. They offer nothing that would be of any value to anyone. They are just a scam. That's why they use a fake return phone info- as they are a fraudulent company that will take your money and provide you with minuscule to no actual services, which are not at all worth anything. I keep asking them to stop calling, but always there's another all from a different company name that they have NO affiliation with.

YOP is terrible YOP is terrible. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling me, have taken every polite step I can think of to get them to stop badgering me, and they continue to call, sometimes 3-5 times in a row, multiple times per day, always from a new number from my area. Even if this company offered best product ever (which they don't) I wouldn't do business with them because of the harassing and disrespectful sales tactics. And to any YOP representative who reads this review: if you can take the time to write a reply that you apologize for such terrible service, you have the time to TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL LIST!!!

it is RIDICULOUS how many times a day… it is RIDICULOUS how many times a day this company calls my personal cell phone number. I have asked MULTIPLE times to STOP the phone calls, but you call me from different numbers so that I cannot block. SO MANY TIMES A DAY. it is harassment. Your relentless calls are enough to make people NEVER want to work with you - EVER. STOP CALLING ME.

The service provided by Your Online… The service provided by Your Online Publicist was excellent. They provided me with all the details that I needed to produce a marketable product. Bill Adams was very clear in all his directions, and he was very patient with a computer novice. I am very thankful to Bill and Jacob Lewis for their outstanding service.
