Horrible Company - Worst communication and will not refund proper amount Edit: Surefire owes us 2 months of payments which will be minimum $6000. The refunded not even half of that amount without any proper discussions with us and are calling it fair and issue resolves. We are extremely disappointed and will be filing a formal BBB complaint. No small business should ever work with Surefire Local. After more than 2 years of service we decided to go in a different direction. We contacted them on May 30th, 2023 to terminate our service. After lot of call forwarding we were able to get assurance from an employee that it will be taken care of and we might see charges in June but they will be reverted back promptly. Its July 17, we have called them and talked to them multiple times. They still have not sent us any cancellation confirmation and they keep charging us more money.

Since August of 2023 I have increased… Since August of 2023 I have increased my business revenue inflow by 823k at an average of a 24 % increase of business per month and I hopefully before summer time should be over a million dollars of revenue in a 8/9-month span. I am super grateful for the service Surefire Local has done for me.

If you want to fix the issues with the bad reviews please refund the money that you stole from me and I will stop writing the bad reviews. Whether I was a customer a few years ago or not it’s not the issue here. The fact is that you stole from me and from a lot of customers and time does not fix bad ethical behaviors because it’s obvious that your company has no ethics. If you want to start changing the first step is going the right thing and that would be reversing your bad behavior. I’ve been in business for 6 years 4.9 star reviews because of 2 fake reviews in 6 years. Look at your reviews and how many people have put a bad review but not only that look at the consistencies of the review they all complain about your ethical and moral values. Refund my money that you stole and this will be the last review that you will see.

They are selling you a software not a… They are selling you a software not a service. Your paying a lot of money just to request reviews and send out e-mails and social media post through their system. They do nothing in there "Middle Plan" for SEO optimization. Their key phrase and solution to all your issues is " keep using the platform " it might be better for a big company with a big budget that wants a lead managing CRM. They also trap you in with that 3 month contracted. Way over priced for what they actually do.
