Received my saddle and it does not fit… Received my saddle and it does not fit my horse whatsoever. From what a my trainer said it won't fit any horse in her opinion. Apparently their return policy is that you have to pay for shipping to it's going to cost me $100 to return this piece of junk. Very poorly made, the stirrups don't even match! Not to mention it is almost impossible to adjust one of them. Do not buy from this website! Total waste of money. I thought I'd give them a shot because of the good reviews. Mistake.

The saddle I purchased was supposedly… The saddle I purchased was supposedly originally $899 (model # 11071) on sale for $299. It was supposed to weigh 25lbs which is a big part of the reason I bought it. It weighed 40lbs. The leather was cheap and treated with some sort of chemical and the smell was horrible.....almost like diesel and it permeated the space it was in. I had to return it and the cheapest way to do so was $128.04. The customer service agent was very friendly. I am out $128.04 for a bad experience. Lesson learned. I will continue to look for a used saddle.

I ordered a western close contact… I ordered a western close contact saddle sept.2019, knew it was made in india, 1st mistake. The saddle was nice looking , weight was what I needed at 24#'s. The saddle had a shiny finish, very stiff especially the fenders. I have been trying to soften this "leather" so I can ride it. No luck getting the fenders to bend. I've used multiple saddle softer, used saddle soap, then needs foot oil. Yes, I oiled front, back,sides multiple times over the last few months. The only way I could get the stirrups to turn was almost brute force, then a broom handle for multiple days, then having to do it again after 4-5 days. Will not stay in place. I rode in it the last 2 days, but the stirrups aren't staying in place. Can't bend the fenders to put over horn!!! I have contacted saddleonline 2 x's. I've done what they recommended, no help. I even went to my saddle guy, nothing has worked. Not a happy camper, probably will not use, so stuck with it.

Frustrated and disappointed! I am pretty frustrated with him! My boyfriend decided to buy me one of the buffalo bags! He ordered it back in October and the at the time the website stated 3-4 to weeks and it would be sent out! He also accepted the money! We have tried and tried to talk to him and he ignores messages, he messaged back once! 11 weeks later and he is still ignoring us! Very very disappointed! I would love to support his work as it a gorgeous but he is sure it making it hard! He could at least message back... saying anything, possibly a hey I am super busy and I would be happy and understanding. Very disappointed!!!

Happy ! I ordered the crystal teal saddle. Not only is it beautiful, but it came with so many different things such as a bridle, reins, breast strap, & even a mat!! Well worth the price I paid for it & I'm super excited about my purchase! 😊
