Comfortable Beautiful and a Great Fit What More can I ask for. I just got my new saddle from SaddleOnline. I called to get some help and to see what would be the best saddle for my horse. Francesca in sales was extremely help full. She had me take a wither tracing and send it in to make sure the saddle I chose would fit my horse. I had decided on the Crystal Carved Brown Barrel Racing Horse Saddle, it looked just perfect in the picture also I really liked the rawhide horn and cantle. I also loved the fact that it was clearance for only $399.99, the saddle took about 5 days to get to me. But as soon as I opened the box it was perfect, seat was comfy and the fleece was very soft and well padded. I had also gotten a Girth and a pad to go with my new saddle and they were equally nice. Overall my shopping experience with saddle online was excellent and easy. I’m glad they have a knowledgeable helpful staff to help me. I would buy from them again.

Do not buy - Very Cheap! Customer service is good. Very cheap saddle and the moderator won't post any real reviews on their website about the saddles. There were post that said that the saddle was high quality like a $2,000 saddle. Not TRUE! This saddle is made in India. Very cheap!!!!!!! The worst part is if you don't like it shipping will cost you $115 to return. The saddle does not fit any horses properly. It is cheap leather, very stiff, dry and cracking. They spray the saddle with a shiny lacquer. Because the saddle does not fit the horse properly it tends to throw the rider forward when riding. Not very secure like a saddle should be. You are better off spending the money on a good used quality saddle. UPDATE 7/18: Customer service reached out to me and sent me a shipping label to pay for the shipping. I was impressed with how their customer service handled my dissatisfaction. I would suggest before you purchase actually speak with someone in sales. I updated my 1 star to a 3 star because of their customer service but the product is still not a well-made saddle.

Terrible company and terrible quality Terrible company and terrible quality! My saddle arrived totally flat and malformed. They would not return without me paying shipping so I had to file a credit card dispute. The saddle was shipped flat and the saddle arrived looking completely flat and of course too wide. There is only one person working in the office and she is rude. Total waste of money, bad quality, no way it will fit your horse. That saddle wouldnt even fit a draft horse. Don't believe all the fake positive ratings.

You get what you pay for, if you know what you need. You get what you pay for. This is meant for more novice horse riders or experienced riders. It’s the quality you expect for a saddle this price, and It’s easy on the wallet especially when I dont want to spend over a $1000. Just needed a good saddle for a horse I’ve been working, he’s average size so I got a full quarter bar and it fit like a glove. Got it real fast too

Saddle was different that pictured It was wider in the back and very hard to tighten on my horse and the stirrups were longer than the picture posted I will have to get a smaller cinch to use it on my horse and the breast collar was too big.
