Never heard back We tried several times to get a response from sales - they just don't reply. I wonder how you can do business with them...? So I would certainly be very hesitant to do business with Toky. I would assume the support is not 1st class if you can't even reach someone from sales, whatever you try. We signed up with Cloudtalk instead and are quite happy with it so far. And hey - they respond!

Toky support team is the best support… Toky support team is the best support team ever. These guys send a response in just seconds. Are always available for every customer. I'd been testing other platforms and sometimes I have to wait to Monday to receive a response. In toky, you receive answer immediately.

Fraudsters Do not use there service. They are money eaters. My account suspended and not refunding my money. Don't ever choose them. fraudsters.

Satisfied customer Good customer service, nice VOIP solution at a reasonable cost. Could use a few more features (like callback functionality would be nice). But overall it does what it's supposed to.

Friendly and helpful support The Toky support team (especially Arjan) are always on hand to help with any problems that arise and make sure that they are resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I'm really happy with the service provided and already benefitting from new features they are developing!
