Never heard back We tried several times to get a response from sales - they just don't reply. I wonder how you can do business with them...? So I would certainly be very hesitant to do business with Toky. I would assume the support is not 1st class if you can't even reach someone from sales, whatever you try. We signed up with Cloudtalk instead and are quite happy with it so far. And hey - they respond!

Great VoIP alternative for Telephone Surveys We worked with a couple of other VoIP alternatives during the pandemic, but Toky turned out to be the most reliable one, and even cheaper than some alternatives (since they don't charge unless someone picks up). Overall great. The API is a bit better that other as well, but the customer service chat is kind of hard to find some times.
