Great Job Team All the items came quickly and as expected. I also want to shout out Customer Service Specialist Mandy B. I needed an item next day and it inadvertantly had a ground label created. She quickly called the warehouse and confirmed it had not gone out. She updated the shipping and I got it in time. Great job Mandy!!!

Avoid Merchology at all cost Avoid Merchology at all cost. The dates they advertise to ship out your items aren’t even close. I placed an order which was reported to be “in production” and over a month later when I called to inquire about the order, was informed that they had not even started it yet.

All the 1 star reviews are all you… All the one star reviews are all you need to read. Wish I came across this before I ordered. Service was beyond atrocious. Then after deciding to cancel because of non-responsiveness was told I couldn't because products were already ordered from mfg. Seemed like a very canned response because they likely encounter cancelations often.

Great products, but TERRIBLE customer service! Great products, but terrible customer service! I've worked with them for three consecutive years for our yearly staff training. The products have been great, but the customer service has been terrible. This year, the assigned "merchologist" will not return phone calls or emails.
