GBUSE ANOTHER COMPANY I put an order in for 2 items and before we even approved the logo I asked to add more items to the order so not to get the small order charge, they refused. Then I asked for my money back and they weren't interested in that. I have to ask my bank to cancel it now. They are not interested in building client relationships. Find another company that is better with customer service.

GBWe had an excellent experience… We had an excellent experience purchasing embroidered zip ups for our staff & customers as a commemorative 25 year anniversary gift. The embroidery of our logo came out even better than expected, and the order arrived right on time! Would purchase again and probably will need to at some point because everyone really loved them! GBHorrible communication Horrible communication. Completed an order with them on behalf of my Physician Assistant class that went anything but smooth between poor communication, shady price changes, and poor quality items. Our "Patagonia" 1/4 zips were the cheapest fleece material I've seen with the logo slapped on, and they didn't even have pockets.
