Great Job Team All the items came quickly and as expected. I also want to shout out Customer Service Specialist Mandy B. I needed an item next day and it inadvertantly had a ground label created. She quickly called the warehouse and confirmed it had not gone out. She updated the shipping and I got it in time. Great job Mandy!!!

Ordered 12 hats Ordered 12 hats, which was minimum purchase. Had a hard time finding my boyfriends favorite hats, in his size, so I just wanted the hats, no logo or anything. They said they couldn’t do it. I literally was paying their normal price and all they had to do was box and ship. Ultimately had to cancel the order. Very weird experience.

Do not waste your time and money! Do not waste your time and money! Waited almost three months for sample shirts to be delivered. Through this time they said they didnt know where it was but shouldnt be too much longer. Website states samples will be dispatch within 5-7 working days and we had dispatch in 2.5 months! Come to place and order only to be told now the top has been discontinued and no more stock is available. This isnt noted on the website or when purchasing as SAMPLES! Customer service was horrible and really couldnt care less about how long or the fact that they are selling samples of stock no longer in production.

We ordered a jacket with the company… We ordered a jacket with the company logo for our Intern this year. The process from start to finish was flawless. After placing the order I received numerous emails with links to review the proofs before production began. The Intern loved his jacket and I enjoyed how easy Merchology made it for me to place, pay and track my order. I would recommend them.
