Horrible communication Horrible communication. Completed an order with them on behalf of my Physician Assistant class that went anything but smooth between poor communication, shady price changes, and poor quality items. Our "Patagonia" 1/4 zips were the cheapest fleece material I've seen with the logo slapped on, and they didn't even have pockets.

Do not waste your time and money! Do not waste your time and money! Waited almost three months for sample shirts to be delivered. Through this time they said they didnt know where it was but shouldnt be too much longer. Website states samples will be dispatch within 5-7 working days and we had dispatch in 2.5 months! Come to place and order only to be told now the top has been discontinued and no more stock is available. This isnt noted on the website or when purchasing as SAMPLES! Customer service was horrible and really couldnt care less about how long or the fact that they are selling samples of stock no longer in production.

Avoid Merchology at all cost Avoid Merchology at all cost. The dates they advertise to ship out your items aren’t even close. I placed an order which was reported to be “in production” and over a month later when I called to inquire about the order, was informed that they had not even started it yet.

Terrible Company Terrible company. We ordered our items in May, and were guaranteed two to three week shipping. Two and a half months later, I had to reach out several times to get a response and update on my items. It turns out they never received the shirts from the supplier, and didn't bother to update or notify me. I did not receive my shirts for my event, and have yet to have received an update or guarantee of delivery. It is now three months later. Very disappointed, and will never use them again.
