Do not waste your time and money! Do not waste your time and money! Waited almost three months for sample shirts to be delivered. Through this time they said they didnt know where it was but shouldnt be too much longer. Website states samples will be dispatch within 5-7 working days and we had dispatch in 2.5 months! Come to place and order only to be told now the top has been discontinued and no more stock is available. This isnt noted on the website or when purchasing as SAMPLES! Customer service was horrible and really couldnt care less about how long or the fact that they are selling samples of stock no longer in production.

We had an excellent experience… We had an excellent experience purchasing embroidered zip ups for our staff & customers as a commemorative 25 year anniversary gift. The embroidery of our logo came out even better than expected, and the order arrived right on time! Would purchase again and probably will need to at some point because everyone really loved them! Thanks!

Horrible communication Horrible communication. Completed an order with them on behalf of my Physician Assistant class that went anything but smooth between poor communication, shady price changes, and poor quality items. Our "Patagonia" 1/4 zips were the cheapest fleece material I've seen with the logo slapped on, and they didn't even have pockets.

Never again One star only because I can't give zero. I placed an order on Nov. 23 and was told I would hear from a Merchologist within 24 hrs and given an expected shipment date of Dec 3. On Dec 18th I still have not heard from a "Merchologist" and have no expected shipment date. They do not answer their phones and you can get no answers. The only communication I receive from them are emails soliciting more orders -- nothing about the order that I placed nearly a month ago.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. Ordered items from the Quick ship list (3-day turnaround). 24 days later, still only half fulfilled. No email, no update. The website is atrociously bad. No ability to edit cart quantities, claim merchperks. Off the shelf e-commerce packages are better. They need a new logistics manager, customer service manager, and web developer.
