Customer Service is non existent I had my bank card changed due to fraud and later still managed to take a payment from the new one the day it went live. I immediately asked for it to be cancelled since I’m quite sensitive to account fraud now and they refused & came across very dodgy. I asked for some follow up customer service and you just get pre written phrases, and absolutely zero actual help. Don’t bother with later-there are much better services out there that offer actual customer service & have much less aggressive terms. The service itself is average and has been overtaken by others. For the Later customer service team response: if you’d like me to change my review, refund the unused month you’ve stolen from my account.

Don’t sign up. It’s a scam. Signed up for a free trial and then had to go through to a support inbox to cancel. Cancelling so so so difficult. I continued to bill for months after I requested to cancel, with no refund, just a too bad so sad attitude. Save yourself some money and sign up to buffer instead. This platform with straight out rip you off. Buffer can do the same thing for free. You can find alll the images you need on free sites like pixabay and pexels and unsplash.

To me, Later is simply the best scheduling tool! - It's really user-friendly and everything is clear and easy to find! - Scheduling is both easy and accurate, and you can edit posts thoroughly! Besides, their linkinbio tool for Instagram is very useful! - There are several cool video tutorials and other resources to walk you through the different aspects of the platform. - All this and so far I'm only using the free version! And their paid versions are really affordable! Bottom line, it's the best value for money you can get!

I've been using Later for organizing… I've been using Later for organizing posts for my music tutor portal (muuv.dk) for several years. It is a bit expensive for the proper package, but it is in my opinion also the best service (I've through many years tried all the other well-known platforms). With other services connections get losts all the time, but with Later it works perfect.

Scam Company Scam Company. Someone set up an account with them using my email address and they refuse to delete my data. They insist that I must log into the account to delete data, even though it was created without my knowledge. They're a scam, and have terrible data policies.
