GBCustomer Service is non existent I had my bank card changed due to fraud and later still managed to take a payment from the new one the day it went live. I immediately asked for it to be cancelled since I’m quite sensitive to account fraud now and they refused & came across very dodgy. I asked for some follow up customer service and you just get pre written phrases, and absolutely zero actual help. Don’t bother with later-there are much better services out there that offer actual customer service & have much less aggressive terms. The service itself is average and has been overtaken by others. For the Later customer service team response: if you’d like me to change my review, refund the unused month you’ve stolen from my account.

ROThe analytics sync feature has been in… The analytics sync feature has been in beta for 2+ months with no sign on getting ready. Pretty basic features on the sharing dashboard but unless you’re doing a bunch of Reels marketing it does the job. Overall decent

GBCan’t trust it. Not fit for purpose Can’t trust it, don’t waste your money. It always has something wrong with it and you can’t trust a post will go out when it’s scheduled so why bother having it. We’ve had it two years, let us down too many times we’re cancelling as it’s rubbish. Avoid!

ZAPlease go somewhere else I canceled my free trial in advance and they still opted to charge my card. I then tried to cancel my subscription again and they still continued to charge my card. They ended up trying to charge me 8 times! The only way I stopped this was by deleting my account except they also made that difficult. They made the "downgrade to free" button incredibly small and tried to hide it. It took me minutes to find the button. They replaced customer support with a useless AI chatbot. Disgusting service.

GBGreat platform Super convenient for posting content to multiple platforms. Makes it easy when you have a team as well instead of having to share passwords. Love their link in bio too. A bit on the pricey side but comparable to other solutions out there. Been happily using for over 6 months.
