GBCan’t trust it. Not fit for purpose Can’t trust it, don’t waste your money. It always has something wrong with it and you can’t trust a post will go out when it’s scheduled so why bother having it. We’ve had it two years, let us down too many times we’re cancelling as it’s rubbish. Avoid!

DENo support for a paid service?! We are PAYING for a service and only have a support option "chatbot" which helps with nothing obviously because chatbots don't work. This is almost criminal. We had a simple billing address update request and it took me ages. No thank you to this service, look somewhere else.

GBAn obsolete tool An obsolete tool. You are better of using native scheduling tools within the social media platform. There is not a one-size-fits-all solution for the current trend of social media. You need to treat each platform differently to optimize for growth. Facebook and Instagram also favors native posts over those posted via third-party scheduling tools.

GBDON'T BOTHER TRYING DON'T BOTHER TRYING. Later does not offer anything exclusive or special-and their integration had so many glitches that it disconnected or had trouble connecting my social assets. I decided to stop the service as I haven't used it for like 3 months and I was able to do exactly the same things with meta for FREE. Oh, and they have the most ridiculous refund policy as others mentioned. so be aware!

DKI've been using Later for organizing… I've been using Later for organizing posts for my music tutor portal (muuv.dk) for several years. It is a bit expensive for the proper package, but it is in my opinion also the best service (I've through many years tried all the other well-known platforms). With other services connections get losts all the time, but with Later it works perfect.
