AUDon’t sign up. It’s a scam. Signed up for a free trial and then had to go through to a support inbox to cancel. Cancelling so so so difficult. I continued to bill for months after I requested to cancel, with no refund, just a too bad so sad attitude. Save yourself some money and sign up to buffer instead. This platform with straight out rip you off. Buffer can do the same thing for free. You can find alll the images you need on free sites like pixabay and pexels and unsplash.

ZAPlease go somewhere else I canceled my free trial in advance and they still opted to charge my card. I then tried to cancel my subscription again and they still continued to charge my card. They ended up trying to charge me 8 times! The only way I stopped this was by deleting my account except they also made that difficult. They made the "downgrade to free" button incredibly small and tried to hide it. It took me minutes to find the button. They replaced customer support with a useless AI chatbot. Disgusting service.

GBI’m very disappointed in Later I’m very disappointed in Later. Used them successfully for many years then updated to the annual plan and suddenly NOTHING works - I’ve spent hours trying to trouble shoot the app after scheduling in a month’s worth of posts with NOTHING posting. To top it off when I attempt to contact help Im now told I can only access the AI “assistant” or the Faq. Theres no way to get support on my plan. They clearly don't care about their customers and Im incredibly disappointed.

DENo support for a paid service?! We are PAYING for a service and only have a support option "chatbot" which helps with nothing obviously because chatbots don't work. This is almost criminal. We had a simple billing address update request and it took me ages. No thank you to this service, look somewhere else.

GBUnderwhelming product that misleads… Underwhelming product that misleads people. Plenty of people have left reviews describing how unusable the product is. I want to focus on their misleading pricing page. If you choose the annual payment plan, YOU CANNOT CANCEL after 14 days. They won't even prorate it. So if you use it 15 days, you will get $0 back. Take a stand and don't support companies that can't stand behind their product. What a greasy experience!
