GBCustomer Service is non existent I had my bank card changed due to fraud and later still managed to take a payment from the new one the day it went live. I immediately asked for it to be cancelled since I’m quite sensitive to account fraud now and they refused & came across very dodgy. I asked for some follow up customer service and you just get pre written phrases, and absolutely zero actual help. Don’t bother with later-there are much better services out there that offer actual customer service & have much less aggressive terms. The service itself is average and has been overtaken by others. For the Later customer service team response: if you’d like me to change my review, refund the unused month you’ve stolen from my account.

AUDon’t sign up. It’s a scam. Signed up for a free trial and then had to go through to a support inbox to cancel. Cancelling so so so difficult. I continued to bill for months after I requested to cancel, with no refund, just a too bad so sad attitude. Save yourself some money and sign up to buffer instead. This platform with straight out rip you off. Buffer can do the same thing for free. You can find alll the images you need on free sites like pixabay and pexels and unsplash.

GBAn obsolete tool An obsolete tool. You are better of using native scheduling tools within the social media platform. There is not a one-size-fits-all solution for the current trend of social media. You need to treat each platform differently to optimize for growth. Facebook and Instagram also favors native posts over those posted via third-party scheduling tools.

FRIt doesn't work They only care about money. Worst app to programme your social media posts. It used to be good few years ago but now it doesn't even work well. It's supposed to make your work easier, but it just gives you headaches because you need to solve problems everytime you use Later. The conexion to social media platforms expires every day or every few hours, you can't log in because the access doesn't work, or any other of the dozens reasons of why the platform can't do the job you're paying them monthly for. It's not even like it's cheap either. If you're going to be a pricey platform, at least do the work you're charging for. It's just frustrating to use and I wish it was better and it actually worked.

GBWorst app I’ve ever tried! Made my workload 3 times slower The app is inconvenient and makes my work 3 times the load instead of making it faster and easier. Worst app I’ve used and still refused a refund. I don’t understand how someone can release an app that actually created 2 extra steps from just posting like normal instead. Very disappointed. Their websites states refund within 30 days but they don’t.
