CADidn't send out newsletter then refused refund I booked a newsletter with a few companies. Funded.Today being one of them. I booked everything with them and sent the required access for my kickstarter project. I sent followup requests when the project launched and never heard back from the Funded.Today Team. I sent an email about 5 days after launch asking for a refund and then they proceeded to tell me that they don't do refunds even though the service wasn't even attempted to be delivered. He then went to explain that there's multiple companies under the same umbrella which essentially use the same resources and end up charging you twice. This was not disclosed so I wanted to get a refund and didn't want to work with them. They then basically told me to go away and refuse to do a refund. I'm also filing a police report against them.

KRCouldn't really pinpoint why everyone's… Couldn't really pinpoint why everyone's giving these guys a bad rep... Customer service was excellent, and the team helped us through our campaign in the midst of COVID-19 with compassion, and even when we were working in different time zones, many of the members stayed up till almost 1 or 2 in the morning to make sure we were happy with their service and to keep us updated throughout our project. Our results were slightly off our internal target goal, but with the ongoing pandemic, FT has truly shown their dedication and work to give us the best results. Would definitely recommend to other creators around me.

GBI will hire them again!!! FT is the best and the most experienced crowdfunding partner you may want to have. The team is very professional and will keep you in touch during the collaboration. They helped us raise $7000 in 2 days. Remember, they do not do magic and sell your rubbish. Your product sells for itself, they know the best way to expose and show off your product. I see a lot of negative reviews from "entrepreneurs" claiming they were robbed. Do you for real think a company can fool thousands of project creators? Fix your final product. Try to understand they do the same job for eveyone, they can not tell you if your product sucks or not. I saw a lot of weird stuff on Kickstarter raising millions of $. You sign a contract with them, every risc is shown and clearly explained.

UAI do not advise dealing with them. I do not advise dealing with them. We contacted Funded Today on the recommendation of our colleagues when our Kickstarter campaign had already started and raised the first $ 20k. We were promised decent results and a lot of opportunities for working with Facebook and e-mail distribution in the backers database. As a result, they set up advertising on Facebook much worse than our specialists and there were no results at all, and their mailing gave additional sales of about $ 5k ... we got all the rest of the income from backers passively, without the efforts of people from Fund Today. For all their services, they billed us about $ 8k, which did not correspond to the work performed at all. Manager Jordan stopped responding to our messages altogether when he realized that they had done their job poorly. P.S. In addition, be aware that they can steal your customer base and edit your Kickstarter campaign without your consent, which was also in our case.

GBFunded Today - Email Marketing We used Funded Today for email marketing on our Kickstarter campaign: GravGrip | Battery Free Camera Stabilization. Funded Today helped out in the final days of our campaign. They were quick to act and helped us collect an additional $30,000 in tracked funding. I would recommend the use of their new email marketing channel. Give it a look!
