Didn't send out newsletter then refused refund I booked a newsletter with a few companies. Funded.Today being one of them. I booked everything with them and sent the required access for my kickstarter project. I sent followup requests when the project launched and never heard back from the Funded.Today Team. I sent an email about 5 days after launch asking for a refund and then they proceeded to tell me that they don't do refunds even though the service wasn't even attempted to be delivered. He then went to explain that there's multiple companies under the same umbrella which essentially use the same resources and end up charging you twice. This was not disclosed so I wanted to get a refund and didn't want to work with them. They then basically told me to go away and refuse to do a refund. I'm also filing a police report against them.

Customer service was excellent, and the team helped us through our campaign in the midst of COVID-19 with compassion, and even when we were working in different time zones, many of the members stayed up till almost 1 or 2 in the morning to make sure we were happy with their service and to keep us updated throughout our project. Our results were slightly off our internal target goal, but with the ongoing pandemic, FT has truly shown their dedication and work to give us the best results. Would definitely recommend to other creators around me.

Funded Today was the better than… Funded Today was the better than Jellop, BackerKit, Nuuk, and even Enventys Partners Funded Today was the best for my project. I hired Enventys Partners, Jellop, Nuuk, and even BackerKit and Funded Today's new marketing channel alone raised more directly tracked pledges from s.fnd.to links than any other agency. In fact, they raised nearly more than all of those other agencies combined! I was happy with their Due Diligence and Product Validation phase (Which I paid $3,500 for) and after roughly 7 days, they validated my project and determined it was a good fit for their marketing and went on to raise my project more than $50,000 from their own links (And over $200,000 in total pledges).

Positive experience We had a positive experience working with FT on our MadClockMaker project. When we launched our campaign by ourselves we gathered $ 7,000 by the 10th day of the campaign. Then we decided to collaborate with FT, who helped us to raise near $41,000 in 35 days. This fact also impacted our organic traffic so we were able to raise $78,014 by the end of the campaign. We would like to mention great communication with FT team, who helped and support us during all the period via Skype. Generally, we got the best results thanks to their several services as - FB ads - newsletter and cashback newsletter - new channel - posts on social media.

I never thought that ignoring customers was a successful business strategy. I paid this company $2,500 to help my Kickstarter campaign and all I got out of it was two 20 minute phone calls and a 71 page manual which was not relevant to my needs. Don't trust this company.
