GBI will hire them again!!! FT is the best and the most experienced crowdfunding partner you may want to have. The team is very professional and will keep you in touch during the collaboration. They helped us raise $7000 in 2 days. Remember, they do not do magic and sell your rubbish. Your product sells for itself, they know the best way to expose and show off your product. I see a lot of negative reviews from "entrepreneurs" claiming they were robbed. Do you for real think a company can fool thousands of project creators? Fix your final product. Try to understand they do the same job for eveyone, they can not tell you if your product sucks or not. I saw a lot of weird stuff on Kickstarter raising millions of $. You sign a contract with them, every risc is shown and clearly explained.

GBReally aggressive if you ignore them! Reddit reviews are also very scammy. They keep sending generic cold emails, getting quite aggressive when one doesn't respond - and I literally mean passive aggressive to the max. Their reviews are also so bad - just search for them on Reddit to hear all the horror stories. Proper scam artists - I hope this agency really just goes away! Ironically, I just received another cold, automated bot follow up email saying "What's your problem? We're gonna book you in for a call regardless". These are very aggressive scammer tactics. Simply search on Reddit before using them is all I can say.

GBThey will claim you submitted your product to them They reached out to us and said "Thanks again for submitting to our page the other day! We appreciate the opportunity to potentially partner with us on your upcoming crowdfunding campaign! " We don't have anything to do with the product they are talking about so we were able to call them on their lie, so don't buy it

THThe cashback program is not working at… The cashback program is not working at all. I registered for the cashback program and shared the link on a post that had thousands of views, and the system did not report any clicks.

CADidn't send out newsletter then refused refund I booked a newsletter with a few companies. Funded.Today being one of them. I booked everything with them and sent the required access for my kickstarter project. I sent followup requests when the project launched and never heard back from the Funded.Today Team. I sent an email about 5 days after launch asking for a refund and then they proceeded to tell me that they don't do refunds even though the service wasn't even attempted to be delivered. He then went to explain that there's multiple companies under the same umbrella which essentially use the same resources and end up charging you twice. This was not disclosed so I wanted to get a refund and didn't want to work with them. They then basically told me to go away and refuse to do a refund. I'm also filing a police report against them.
