However, after speaking with their sales manager(Jordan). I've changed my mind completely, he is very friendly, helpful and professional. He showed me some examples of other campaigns and how much they helped to raise. I am quickly convinced and proceed to go with their email list service. I am very pleased with the result, the email list brought in over 100 backers and approximately $6k in funding which result in a good ROI.
