Positive experience We had a positive experience working with FT on our MadClockMaker project. When we launched our campaign by ourselves we gathered $ 7,000 by the 10th day of the campaign. Then we decided to collaborate with FT, who helped us to raise near $41,000 in 35 days. This fact also impacted our organic traffic so we were able to raise $78,014 by the end of the campaign. Try to understand they do the same job for eveyone, they can not tell you if your product sucks or not. I saw a lot of weird stuff on Kickstarter raising millions of $. You sign a contract with them, every risc is shown and clearly explained.

Funded Today exceeded our expectations. We had a campaign and brought Funded Today on after running for over a week on our own. They were fantastic communicators and exceeded our expectations. If your product has potential they will run with it and make it a success. Any negative you might hear seems more like a product problem as they did everything promised and more for our campaign.

Didn't send out newsletter then refused refund I booked a newsletter with a few companies. Funded.Today being one of them. I booked everything with them and sent the required access for my kickstarter project. I sent followup requests when the project launched and never heard back from the Funded.Today Team. I sent an email about 5 days after launch asking for a refund and then they proceeded to tell me that they don't do refunds even though the service wasn't even attempted to be delivered. He then went to explain that there's multiple companies under the same umbrella which essentially use the same resources and end up charging you twice. This was not disclosed so I wanted to get a refund and didn't want to work with them. They then basically told me to go away and refuse to do a refund. I'm also filing a police report against them.

They will claim you submitted your product to them They reached out to us and said "Thanks again for submitting to our page the other day! We appreciate the opportunity to potentially partner with us on your upcoming crowdfunding campaign! " We don't have anything to do with the product they are talking about so we were able to call them on their lie, so don't buy it
