I booked everything with them and sent the required access for my kickstarter project. I sent followup requests when the project launched and never heard back from the Funded.Today Team. I sent an email about 5 days after launch asking for a refund and then they proceeded to tell me that they don't do refunds even though the service wasn't even attempted to be delivered. He then went to explain that there's multiple companies under the same umbrella which essentially use the same resources and end up charging you twice. This was not disclosed so I wanted to get a refund and didn't want to work with them. They then basically told me to go away and refuse to do a refund. I'm also filing a police report against them.

He showed me some examples of other campaigns and how much they helped to raise. I am quickly convinced and proceed to go with their email list service. I am very pleased with the result, the email list brought in over 100 backers and approximately $6k in funding which result in a good ROI. I will highly recommend their email and cashback services as it would definitely work if you have a good product!
