Didn't send out newsletter then refused refund I booked a newsletter with a few companies. Funded.Today being one of them. I booked everything with them and sent the required access for my kickstarter project. I sent followup requests when the project launched and never heard back from the Funded.Today Team. I sent an email about 5 days after launch asking for a refund and then they proceeded to tell me that they don't do refunds even though the service wasn't even attempted to be delivered. He then went to explain that there's multiple companies under the same umbrella which essentially use the same resources and end up charging you twice. This was not disclosed so I wanted to get a refund and didn't want to work with them. They then basically told me to go away and refuse to do a refund. I'm also filing a police report against them.

Got a good product? Use them and you will definitely get good result! I was hesitant to use Funded Today at first as there were some bad reviews on some online websites. However, after speaking with their sales manager(Jordan). I've changed my mind completely, he is very friendly, helpful and professional. He showed me some examples of other campaigns and how much they helped to raise. I am quickly convinced and proceed to go with their email list service. I am very pleased with the result, the email list brought in over 100 backers and approximately $6k in funding which result in a good ROI. We appreciate the opportunity to potentially partner with us on your upcoming crowdfunding campaign! " We don't have anything to do with the product they are talking about so we were able to call them on their lie, so don't buy it
