GBTurnaround times were long The quality of work was very poor and turnaround times were long after the payment was not made upfront. Every revision I provided to the team took about a week for anyone to get back to me on. Multiple times I requested revisions were not completed. We finally settled on a final version, and the billing department on our end cut the check. I sent this information to my main contact over a week ago- and still have not heard back. The representative said he is travelling and can’t get in touch with billing. At this point we missed another marketing deadline. I would not consider using Microsite health again after this experience.

AUThis company used to be a scam company… This company used to be a scam company before also was called microzite telling people they were Microsoft support until I reported them to Microsoft. Stay away from this people

GBHorrible communication and unreliable I started using their services about a year ago. Horrible communication and unreliable. I am pretty sure that they haven't done any application they mentioned on their website. You will never get anyone when calling them, it will always go to their voicemail because they don't have any sales or customer service

GBthey don't need your business anyway I have been talking to this company with their customer representatives for over 4 months. First he never follow up with his client and I sent him e mails never got reply, when I try to call him back ask when can I get the response after 3 weeks, he just told me I never received it and sent it again until I received then I will talk to u!!!! Wow they seems like they don't need your business anyway...so just leave them alone for their better good.
